“Muy mala experiencia de hotel Cuarentena, desde que te reciben, no entiendo por qué todos gritan y hacen alboroto para que no bajes del bus con otros huéspedes si después te juntan en el Hall ( a todos) para llenar el formulario de check in. Yo reservé el hotel con comida Vegana, incluso cada día, pero siempre cometían errores con la comida, me dieron chancho, pollo, leche, cereales y papas fritas con leche, yogur, entre otras cosas que no como. La comida es de muy mala calidad y siempre muy muy picante, no salían del arroz o pasta.Finalmente por £1.750 debes pagar más por la alimentación, pidiendo delivery para poder mantener tu alimentación, en mi caso saludable y vegana. Otra cosa, dicen que tienen traductores, pero no es cierto, solicitéun traductor para llenar mi formulario de salida y nunca llegó. Le doy una estrella porque loúnico bueno es que la habitación tiene ventana y espacio suficiente para moverte sin volverte loca. Horrible experiencia. Lejos lo más caro que he pagado en mi vida en estancia y con pésima calidad. Me encantaría saber cuál es la página del gobierno para hacer esta denuncia, porque la estancia fue un robo.”
