“There's no shower handle, the bath is a bit dirty. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and despite being a guest of the hotel- you still have to reserve a spot for afternoon tea. The air conditioner is super noisy and inconsistent, sounds like a fan being played with all night with the fluctuating levels of air every other second. I wouldn't stay here again. But the location is Wonderful.”

“My wife and I stayed here for a short, romantic break. Great location on Oxford Street, opposite Bond Street tube station. (The hotel is right above the Disney store). We booked an executive, two room suite on the top floor, so that we had plenty of space to relax. Loved it! I wish we had been able to stay longer.”
