“There's no shower handle, the bath is a bit dirty. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and despite being a guest of the hotel- you still have to reserve a spot for afternoon tea. The air conditioner is super noisy and inconsistent, sounds like a fan being played with all night with the fluctuating levels of air every other second. I wouldn't stay here again. But the location is Wonderful.”

“The LOUD construction next door at 8am every day means this stay couldn't earn more than 3 stars. I'd suggest calling ahead before booking if this would be a deal breaker for you. Aside from that - and bring earplugs if the construction is going and you plan to sleep past 8am - the hotel is well kept, the location is great for exploring London, although the area is pretty dead after 10pm, and the staff is attentive. They were helpful, answering questions about the area and arranging a car for our ride to the airport. The only negative was the construction noise.”
