“I stayed here for a whole month, and even though staying in a Hotel room for that long can be tough, I totally enjoyed my stay from day one until the end. All the staff was extremely helpful and was always happy to help out with whatever they could. I would completely recommend this for your stay, the location is super convenient with good connections with the whole city, and the rooms are new nice and with good natural light. But as I said before, the best part is the staff!!”

“The location of the hotel is pretty convenient with a tram stop just across the road as well as the s-bahn close by. With that said, the trams can get quite noisy especially if you're on the lower floors facing the main road. The breakfast buffet is pretty decent and it's free for all guests. However, the poor experience was due to the unfriendly and cold staff (no smiles, no greetings). Unfortunately, the level of service here really fall short of what you'd expect from Hampton by Hilton. The staff were understandably busy with check-ins but that is no excuse for rudeness. When a mistake was made, a staff who claimed to be the manager on duty acknowledged the mistake and said the staff was busy with check-ins so there was nothing they could do and no apology was made. I felt that the staff could have done better with listening to their customers and helping their guests feel welcomed.”
