Muito bem localizado ao lado de um shopping e de vias principais. Excelente recepção. Café da manhã espetacular (24 euros). Quartos elegantes com bom isolamento acústico. Ponto de táxi em frente à entrada principal. ATM no lobby. Academia é fraca. Piscina no terraço não é uma atração do hotel.

Ótimo hotel mas as piscinas do SPA são cobradas a parte. Afastado do centro turístico e do metro, mas pode ser facilmente acessado de ônibus.

Lugar muito bonito, os funcionários da recepção, do café da manhã e da limpeza simpáticos, tudo muito bem limpo. O café da manhã com muita variedade e muito gostoso, ônibus e um shopping ao lado.

Amazing hotel. We checked in very late, but the night reception staff was there to welcome you. Yes, you know you are in Barcelona when you are treated as friends, and welcomed. Being my first visit in years, the charming staff took time to explain the metro, the main sights to visit, and that made a huge difference. Thank you. The hotel has a mini swimming pool (adequate to cool in hot evenings); a spa and one of the best breakfasts around. My room was really comfortable. You can choose 2 single beds or (my case) a huge double bed. So comfortable. And the TV has BBC 1/2 for those information about the weather back home. I liked that. A shower and a bath, that was my salvation after i walked from Barceloneta thru the Gothic/old town. Thank you guys. I had an amazing stay.

Elizabeth who works in breakfast cafe was exceptionally cheerful with a warm greeting every morning. She was very helpful to everyone. We would come again because of someone like her.

Magnífico hotel con habitaciones amplias y confortables. El hotel tiene unas instalaciones muy buenas. La piscina aunque es pequeña está genial y se encuentra en la terraza. Las zonas comunes también son muy amplias y el personal súper atento.

Very nice hotel, great breakfast BUT horrible experience at the check out! Took almost 30 min for a simple bill split, inexperienced staff who should not be on their own during their learning process. Lost tickets to a museum due to this delay! Not what I expected of NH.

Hotel NH Collection constanza recibe comision de los taxis que piden, eso conlleva a que el cliente tiene que pagar y lidiar con esa comisión. Un trayecto al aeropuerto que precio tiene 30€ cuando te lo pide el hotel cuesta 50€ habiendo taxis delante del hotel pero te dicen que tienes que coger de sus taxis solamente para que los de recepción se lleven su comisión. Es una vergüenza y espero que la dirección tome medidas sobre este tema. Un saludo

Excelente en todos los aspectos. Limpieza, personal, comodidad de la habitaciones. Incluso sin tener el desayuno incluido en recepción tienen máquina de café y algo de bolleria y sándwiches. Hasta ahora me alojaba en otro hotel cuando venía a BCN pero después de probar este no tengo dudas que repetiré.

Hemos estado dos noches hospedados en el hotel.Habíamos reservado una habitación con cama doble "king size" pero al llegar nos dieron una habitación con camas separadas.Fuimos a quejarnos en recepción y en un inicio nos dijeron que no podían hacer nada porque el hotel estaba lleno.Al comunicar nuestro desagrado y descontento, finalmente nos cambiaron de habitación a la que si que habíamos reservado. Pero pasaron varias personas y mínimo 30 minutos hasta que nos dieron una solución.Por lo demás, el hotel y el personal bien, amable.Pero de nuevo, nos llevamos otra decepción.A las 4 de la mañana sonó el teléfono de la habitación. Al cojerlo, colgaron. Entendemos que fue un error de recepción, pero nos despertaron a las 4 de la mañana...estos errores no deberian ocurrir.Una pena acumular estos errores, porque hacen que no vivas la experiencia de la misma forma.

2 twin beds pushed together isn't a king room rate. It's clean unless you look near things by floor. Area is beautiful. Stick to the Hyatt's or Marriott. Wynn properties aren't all that.

I tested positive for Covid while on a Princess Cruise and was roomed at NH Collection Constanza for 10 days for isolation. I could not have asked for a better place to stay. The staff was helpful and gracious. The location could not have been better as I was able to go outside for walks, the area was safe and enjoyable. I will definitely keep this one on my list to revisit under better circumstances.

Mouth drooling, gut stuffing breakfast buffet with charming staff. Friendly front desk and hotel staff all around accommodating any needs I had. Modern industrious room style and spa jacuzzi. Friendly massage therapist but could have used more massage techniques. Small workout room but equip enough for a short cardio session or quick full body muscle pump with multi functional weight machine and dumbbells. Hotel is Next door to accessible shopping center and food court. Overall I enjoyed my stay here! Thank you for helping me celebrate my birthday with the complimentary cake!

Me hospedo mucho por trabajo. Muy buena ubicación al estar tan cerca del centro comercial L’illa. Hoy voy a adjuntar fotos del fantástico menú que degustamos en San Esteban. El trato de david, muy destacable, muy pendiente a la tripulación, y muy detallista con nosotros. Las habitaciones están bien, tienen ducha y bañera. Muy recomendable. El desayuno es muy completo.

Estuvimos 15 días en el NH Constanza en dos habitaciones individuales comunicadas. Nuestra experiencia no ha podido ser más satisfactoria. La ubicación inmejorable con todas las comodidades a mano. Las habitaciones amplias, modernas, bien equipadas, limpias. A destacar el buffet del desayuno. Excelente. Diría el mejor que he probado. Una gran variedad tanto de dulce como de salado, buen café, todo rico y bien presentado. Y para completar todo esto la atención de Sara en el desayuno con un trato que te hace sentir como en casa y de Karla, con una gran vocación de atención al cliente, siempre dispuesta a ayudar y hacerte sentir cómodo. Sin duda un 10.

Clean business hotel. The staff cleans regularly and uses disinfectant on almost everything. They make you feel extraordinarily safe during the pandemic. The rooms are generously equipped with everything you need: shampoo, shower gel, bathrobes, coffee, tea, a safe, air-conditioning etc. Via Smartphone, you can simply order necessities to your room. Or feel free to use the phone to order breakfast. All in all, amazing hotel with amazing staff.
