Great hotel, perfectly located in the heart of Soho. Rooms are roomy, clean, modern and well equipped with a small kitchenette inside a closet. The staff was very friendly and helpful (even volunteered to try and sort out some problems I had with my Oyster card). Highly recommended! Will definitely be back next time I'm in town. A equipe foi muito simpática e prestativa (mesmo se ofereceu para tentar resolver alguns problemas que tive com meu cartão Oyster). Altamente recomendado! Definitivamente voltarei na próxima vez que estiver na cidade.

Hotel central, confortável emuito agradável para pequenas estadias. Pessoal muito simpático. Nas proximidades muitos restaurantes e bares. Apenas faltou o pequeno almoço como estamos habituados em Portugal.

The service was amazing from the moment I booked my stay. There was a lot communication with the them as well as informative emails. The checking process was sooo smooth! The building is really clean and the rooms as well. My room was exactly as advertised. I was extremely pleased with my experience.

We loved our stay! The hotel was in a well centered yet quiet area, Leicester Square and Oxford Street are just a few minutes away. Our room was clean and spacious, with a small kitchen and a patio. The best though was the staff. Especially Pablo was a star, he went above and beyond to make our (respectively my) birthday-stay a highlight. We'll be back! Adoramos nossa estadia! O hotel estava em uma área bem centralizada e tranquila, Leicester Square e Oxford Street estão a poucos minutos de distância. O nosso quarto era limpo e espaçoso, com uma pequena cozinha e um pátio. O melhor embora foi a equipe. Especialmente Pablo era uma estrela, ele foi além para tornar nossa estadia de aniversário (respectivamente minha) um destaque. Nós voltaremos!

The stuff are amazing - all of them. We had a delay with our suitcases and they called the company for us and helped. Everything we asked help for they did the best they could. Very good location, goof facilities. Great for solo travelers and for families. And i repeat - the stuff is outstanding ! You feel home away from home.it was the third time and not the last - for sure.

My wife & I visited the Resident Soho twice during our trip through England. We chose this hotel based on its exceptional reviews and prime location (proximity to famous sights, center city, and many excellent bars & restaurants). When we arrived we were greeted warmly by extremely friendly staff. We had never been to London and had many questions about the area, sights and places to go for great food. Pablo, Evita and other members of the staff went out of their way to suggest places and point them out on the map. Their suggestions were spot on and made our trip an even more wonderful experience. The entire hotel was clean & modern. The rooms were spacious and well furnished considering the location in central London. They were also air-conditioned, which is not always the standard in the UK. Despite the fact that the hotel is located close to busy pubs and other night life, it is far enough to be removed from potentially obnoxious noise.Considering the location, size of the rooms and the sincere friendly and professional nature of the staff, we highly recommend this place for anyone coming to central London for pleasure or business. Yes, the price of the rooms may seem to be on the higher side, but a local comparison will show that they are actually at par or more affordable than many of their peers. Habitaciones chulísimas y localización estupenda en el corazón del Soho. Es un hotel boutique con detalles súper cuidados, desde las toallas gruesas y mullidas y la comodísima cama hasta los adaptadores europeos y el WiFi de la habitación propio con funcionamiento impecable. Cada habitación tiene además una pequeña cocina en un armario equipada con microondas, cafetera Nespresso y cápsulas de sobra. Un hotel fantástico.
