I had great expectations. The hotel is too noisy. In my room I constantly hear that loud bang that in some places happens whenever someone opens or closes a tap/valve, or flushes the toilet. I can also hear the noise of water running when someone takes a shower etc. The walls are paper thin and I could hear my loud neighbors from above my room! For the rest, the place is great, really good design and the service is excellent. Eu tinha grandes expectativas. O hotel é muito barulhento. No meu quarto ouço constantemente aquele estrondo alto que em alguns lugares acontece sempre que alguém abre ou fecha uma torneira/válvula, ou dá descarga no vaso sanitário. Eu também posso ouvir o barulho da água correndo quando alguém toma banho, etc. As paredes são finas como papel e eu podia ouvir meus vizinhos barulhentos de cima do meu quarto! De resto, o lugar é ótimo, design muito bom e o serviço é excelente.

Rooms are nice, but we’re into day 3 of having no hot water. They made us aware of their plumbing issues, and have said the hot water will return by 5pm, but this hasn’t happened the last 2 nights. I checked through the evenings up to 9pm, leaving the shower run for a few minutes each time to make sure, but no hot water.

The staff was amazing!! They bent over backwards for us - thank you! The pool and outdoor bar are for a younger crowd. DJ at the pool on the weekend was quite loud, but we were so tired from the day we slept fine, and moved the next day. The room had a desk, large couch, kitchen table and TV on a swivel. Wish the refrigerator was empty for our own drinks vs theirs. Great views of downtown via enormous windows. Fabulous drapes to block morning light.Strong smells of cleaning product throughout main areas were nauseating. A equipe foi incrível!! Eles se viraram para nós - obrigado! A piscina e o bar ao ar livre são para um público mais jovem. DJ na piscina no fim de semana era bastante alto, mas estávamos tão cansados do dia em que dormimos bem e nos mudamos no dia seguinte. O quarto tinha uma escrivaninha, sofá grande, mesa de cozinha e TV giratória. Desejo que a geladeira estava vazia para nossas próprias bebidas vs deles. Excelentes vistas do centro através de enormes janelas. Cortinas fabulosas para bloquear a luz da manhã. Fortes cheiros de produtos de limpeza em todas as áreas principais eram nauseantes.

I had a great time. Right in the center of West Hollywood. The location is fantastic. The price is not bad. My room was very clean and modern. I had a spectacular view of the hills and DTLA. The restaurant is undergoing renovation but the room service is available. I ordered breakfast . It was fairly good but it took much longer to get it than they told me. Otherwise everything went well. I will return. Eu tive um grande momento. Bem no centro de West Hollywood. A localização é fantástica. O preço não é ruim. Meu quarto era muito limpo e moderno. Eu tinha uma vista espetacular das colinas e DTLA. O restaurante está em reforma, mas o serviço de quarto está disponível. Eu pedi o café da manhã. Foi bastante bom, mas levou muito mais tempo para obtê-lo do que eles me disseram. Caso contrário, tudo correu bem. vou voltar.

This Hotel's pool area is fully open to the public. We were full paying guests but had nowhere to sit or lounge around. Instead we noticed Ubers dropping off individuals and they just walked into the pool area, no key or ID required. The view is not bad but they really really need to clean the pool, it was pretty dirty so that's a bummer. I agree with other previous guests that this is a party hotel. It was loud DAY AND NIGHT. Difficult to sleep and relax in the room with the obnoxious noise. We also noticed two cockroaches in the tub but we took care of that ourselves so no big deal there. I've stayed at 6 others in the area and this is by far my least favorite. This hotel is not intended for people who want to relax and enjoy a nice clean pool. No peace and quiet at this hotel. BEWARE OF THEFT. I wanted to like this hotel. The suite we had was very comfortable and the service was fast and reliable. However, a special gold ring of mine was stolen by housekeeping, and while I understand these incidents do happen especially in LA these days, it’s how the hotel responded to it that upset me deeply. My ring went missing during the time housekeeping was in our room. The hotel management ran a thorough investigation on who went in and out and interviewed all the housekeeping staff. What upset me was the hotel’s response - they wrote me a long email stating that unfortunately none of their staff took the ring and that I should look harder in the room before I check out. This implied that it was my fault, that somehow I misplaced or lost the ring, which I know wasn’t the case since I left the ring in the room right before heading out that morning. Instead of simply concluding that none of their staff admitted to it, they seemed to suggest that the ring was lost due to my carelessness, which was extremely upsetting after I had just lost a $3k ring. Lastly, they didn’t offer any sort of compensation for my loss.

Front desk staff are not polite, in fact very rude and dismissive upon check in and check out. Cocktails at the pool were disgusting, gave a few different cocktails a go but all of them were terrible. Don’t waste your time or money there when there are plenty of good bars around. Housekeeping did not replenish coffee, coffee cups orcreamer, shampoo or body wash. Nor did they take the trash out. I checked in to a room that hadn’t been vacuumed, collected dust and hair on the bottoms of our feet and the bed sheets had a short curly hair in them (gross). Hallways and doors are in need of a renovation. The best part: The room itself was nice and the bed was very comfortable. All in all a very disappointing experience for the price and apparent reputation. Disappointing and underwhelming sums it up. Coquetéis na piscina eram nojentos, deram alguns coquetéis diferentes, mas todos eles eram terríveis. Não perca seu tempo ou dinheiro lá quando há muitos bares bons por perto. O serviço de limpeza não reabasteceu café, xícaras de café ou creme, xampu ou sabonete líquido. Também não levaram o lixo para fora. Fiz o check-in em um quarto que não havia sido aspirado, coletei poeira e cabelos na sola dos pés e os lençóis da cama tinham um cabelo curto e encaracolado (nojento). Corredores e portas precisam de uma reforma. A melhor parte: O quarto em si era bom e a cama era muito confortável. Todos em todos uma experiência muito decepcionante para o preço e reputação aparente. Decepcionante e nada assombroso resume tudo.

Es una lástima que no comuniquen los gastos de última hora, amenities 26 dólares por noche tener en cuenta a la hora de reservar que la habitación costará 40 dólares por noche extra entre city tax y sus propias taxes. ( aunque no utilices todos los servicio del hotel lo pagareis ) ( piscina etc )

Este hotel me decepcionó demasiado , llegué con unas expectativas altas por su precio y su “fama” de hace algunos años , pero actualmente está en condiciones no muy agradables , la cama es incómoda y con sábanas baratas , la ducha de el baño apenas sale agua , el personal carece de profesionalismo y amabilidad . Sinceramente este hotel no merece ni la mitad de lo que cobran por noche , sin contar que al salir te cobran impuestos de la nada ( más los que pagas al entrar ) y mil cosas más . No se queden en este hotel !!

Si lo pueden evitar que lo hagan!yo lo pedí por booking y no estaba escrito que tenía que pagar el doble por seguridad yo pague 900 dólares más y todavía tienen que devolverlo ! Muy cerca del restaurante Tesse se encuentra este hotel, sede de la pre y pos boda civil a la cual acudimos.Un hotel que huele muy bien, es el aroma que pudimos percibir en el hotel del Solar de las Animas en Tequila Jalisco, muy peculiar y agradable.La habitación fue en primer piso 😜, la verdad no me gustanoa pisos bajos pero en fin la habitación 103 nos esperaba para descansar un poco y arreglarnos para el evento que teníamos.Una televisión de pantalla plana de gran tamaño, infinidad de artículos de primera necesidad y hasta los que no imaginas a la venta, tanto fuera como dentro del frigobar.Un bar muy cool, aquí probé mojitos deli, es lo que más me gustó, la piña colada y el blody Mary no me encantaron, la cerveza artesanal buena aunque un poco amarga para mí gusto pero buena, de mucho ambiente.Las almohadas súper suaves, la cama y las cobijas muy cómodas, en general muy confortable.El depósito es alto, si todo sale bien te lo regresan en el check-out 😅😅 el servicio es lento para la calidad del hotel, en el bar el servicio excelente.Los invito a escribir su propia historia, hasta la próxima y buen viaje!!!!!

West Hollywood, sunset strip . Skybar. Valet parking. Gente guapa, buenos coches y el precio acorde con estos. Pasar viernes y sábado te da el derecho a no hacer cola para entrar en el skybar. Si esa noche quieres una cama balinesa te pides una botella por cerca de 600 y tienes un imán de neodimio para ti solo. Que 10 tios estén esperando para aparcar tu coche también me gustó. Buena vida pero cara de mantener
