Hotel bastante gasto que funciona um par de noites, mas não mais. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Bom café da manhã e um bar simpático que oferece boas bebidas. A localização é muito boa, mas como eu disse, está muito desgastada.

Excelente localização perto do centro, no meio de Vesterbrogade, com proximidade direta a restaurantes e entretenimento. Ficamos no quarto standard # 146, que era limpo e confortável. O café da manhã foi o que você esperava, nem mais nem menos. Funcionários simpáticos na recepção todos os dias. Posso definitivamente imaginar ficar aqui novamente, principalmente para a localização e a imagem de preço.

Eu realmente quero salientar que especialmente duas coisas me surpreenderam de maneira muito positiva: - excelente buffet de café da manhã - pessoal super legalAcho que o preço é muito justo com o que é oferecido. Para quem viaja de trem, a localização não pode ser melhor. Sim, é barulhento à noite devido às multidões de festas e ao tráfego, os quartos podem precisar de alguma modernização, mas era limpo e com um preço muito bom.

Eu reservei 2 quartos quando éramos dois amigos de distância. Eram dois quartos semelhantes pelo mesmo preço, pelo menos no "papel". Mas, na realidade, o padrão era muito diferente para as duas salas. Um dos quartos era grande, com pé-direito alto, closet, banheiro mais novo, vista para o pátio, chaleira + café e chá e clima frio. O segundo ficava no topo do hotel, era pequeno, de teto baixo, aconchegante e com paredes inclinadas. A janela dava para Vesterbrogade e ficava tão alta que você não dava para ver. Não foi possível fazer uma xícara de café ou. chá, sem armário e um banheiro mais gasto. O quarto 1 era de 4 estrelas, enquanto o quarto 2 era mais de 3 estrelas. O preço não deve ser igual para os dois quartos! Nós não contatamos a equipe sobre isso porque pensávamos que havia uma grande diferença nos quartos em geral. A limpeza e café da manhã foram bons e certamente correspondeu às expectativas.

I really want to point out that especially two things surprised me in positive way very much: - great breakfast buffet - super nice staff I think the price is very fair to what is offered. For those who travel with train, the location can’t be better. Yes, it is noisy at night due to party crowds and traffic, the rooms could need some modernization, but it it was clean and a very good price.

One of the Scandic hotels in central Copenhagen. The location is the hotel's best feature. It is located in an old building. Checking in: had to wait quite a bit, since there was only one employee at the reception... I took a single room with double bed. The room was small and the bathroom even smaller. One has to empty the bathroom before taking a shower. They do have a note on the bathroom's door explaining that in 1887, this bathroom was considered huge (so now you get to feel better). The breakfast buffet is small, unaccessible for handicaps and might be a logistics nightmare: everything is portioned to child friendly portions, so you need quite a bit of tablespace for eating. Conclusion: next time I'll go to one of the other hotels :-)

Aiirved early and was informed that we could check in early for an extra fee. I've never had to pay for early chek-in before.The first room we got didn't have a working AC, the second had a leaking toilet, the third rooom was up to standard.When we got back to the room on the second day, we noticed that the room hadn't been cleaned, the towels hadn't been changed, and there was no refill of toilet paper. When I called the reception I was informed that I should have asked for those services the day before, since it was not standard at this hotel. After a few minutes of arguing I finally got them to send up fresh towels and a new roll of toilet paper. Initially the refused even that basic service.It's amazing that Scandic themself rate this as a 4* hotel.
