The location stayed here for 2 nights. The location is awesome. The customer serviced wasn't good. Check-in was at 3 and I didnt get my room till 6:00. I had to stand in a long line multiple times to check if my room was ready. The room was nice. The mini fridge was

Location location location! Great spot close to everything. Be sure to get the "I Am Amsterdam" card for free access to most museums and the tram for transport. Breakfast and business lounge were fun! Bathroom would be only concern with less than clean smell-was the shower curtains.Did not see pull out sofa bed. Made it work for three. Difficult to book correct room, maybe me?
