Em geral realmente um 4 estrelas na região, perdendo para a questão do estacionamento que não possue, o que dificulta a logística! Ainda sobre a região, é fácil resolver a questão do estacionamento, e sendo assim, eu indico como ótimo local para se acomodar.

He estado varias veces y siempre me ha encantado y le daría 4 estrellas, pero la última vez que estuve me dieron una habitación (102) que era uno horror, del tamaño de un armario, y al precio de siempre.

Hotel céntrico a unos 10 de la zona antigua zona de vinos, con posibilidad de alquilar plaza de garaje (recomendado no es fácil el aparcamiento por la zona). Habitaciones limpias y a agradecer el detalle de la funda desechable en el mando a distancia. Recomiendo coger la habitación con desayuno, la diferencia son unos 5€, merece la pena tipo bufé con zumo de 🍊 natural y los camareros muy pendientes y amables. El personal de recepción también muy amables. Como comentaba otro usuario no dispone de restaurante, realmente no es necesario hay muchos sitios muy cerca. Si que tiene room service.

La habitación fue muy cómoda, estaba limpia y tenía todo lo necesario. La vistas desde la terraza son impresionantes. El hotel está muy cerca del centro y es posible moverse andando. El personal muy atento y el desayuno variado y rico.Lo único que no recomendaría sería el servicio de masajes, no es un lugar especializado, ni cenar en la terraza, la carta es reducida.

Your Typical Old and Ugly Styled Hotel, But Expensive and Full of Lies and Extra Costs
When I booked they told me they have Wi-Fi for working and that they allow pets, and that I would only need to pay 25euros for extra cleaning fee.
After arriving I was told I would need to pay 25euros extra for each DAY!
It gets worse - after being ask for all my personal data (for free!) in order to get access to the Wi-Fi, then I got 1Mbps speeds of internet (can't open a site or video). I call the reception and I was told that the Free Internet is like that and that I can pay 10euros extra for each day of normal Internet.
Other than that, it's a very ugly and over the top looking hotel. They try hard too much to make it look fancy. Staff is incredibly rude. Worst pillow in the world too.

Its a clean hotel. Under the Covid condition it's an important factor. Location is good. There are public parking around but hotel does not cover this need. I checked comments about it before going there and people was talking about very good breakfast. Because of Covid they offer breakfast in the room. But unfortunately it was very bad. It was much better if they were saying in this time they will not cover breakfast. You pay for a superb but you get very bad. I donno in normal time is also same or not. But for whom will ho there I reccomend to don't pay for breakfast and go to the next cafe.

It's a 4* hotel and deserves 4 stars. The room wasn't the biggest, the decoration was odd to say the least and the shower leaked out the top of the head.
The saving grace was the staff. Working in a hotel in Covid times must be a difficult job.and everyone was friendly, professional and helpful, especially in the breakfast room. I'll definitely go back but hopefully next time I get a better room! 🤞

I think this is the only place with a rooftop bar! Would recommend to visit during sunset for the best picture! Went with a group of people and went with my boyfriend. Both occasions the waiters were very professional we had your normal toast. I do wish they had more hours currently it’s only open from 20:00-23:00. With the given circumstances I totally understand!

Great value for 60ish euro. Nice and very clean room with all specs you would expect from a brand new hotel. Staff at the desk was very professional. Something I didn't like: 3.5 euros for a tiny can of pringles is a rip off

My wife and I stayed here for 1 night during our vacation to Spain. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I don’t speak Spanish and they were super nice and patient. The room was very nice and the spa is really nice. They also accommodated an early check in for us. I can’t say enough nice things about this place.

Lovely modern hotel, very close to the center of Ourense. The Staff was very friendly, they have lactose and gluten free options in the buffet breakfast. And a nice little gym and mini spa facilities that include massage treatment. A overall wonderful experience.
