“The best! extremely clean, safe, quiet and very friendly staff. Every day we had clean towels and a clean room. highly recommended. You have to pay for parking, but it's worth it because the hotel is not expensive.”

“Absolutely stunning building and location. We had a view of Shinjuku park and an amazing view of Tokyo. The staff are all extremely nice and everything about this Hyatt is 5 stars. The train station in minutes away and we love the Starbucks in the park right next door. Highly recommended.”
