O pior hotel de quatro estrelas ,quartos e casas de banho minúsculos talvez devido à antiguidade da construção a parte do restaurante e bar desenrasca mas sem dúvidas há hotéis de 3 estrelas superior .Uma coisa positiva a sua localização melhor é difícil

Ótima localização, perto do metrô e trem. Colado no parque. Gostamos do quarto após sermos trocados. Eles têm a opção de banheiro seco que não tem box e isso não é bom pois molha todo o banheiro. Não enfrentamos resistência ao pedir a alteração do quarto. Além disso o hotel é muito cultural, possui restaurante, ópera, piano tocado ao vivo, concierge e recepção 24h. Recomendo o hotel e a região. Um dos concierges é brasileiro e nos deu várias dicas.

Hotel sem segurança alguma. Minha mãe ficou hospedada nesse hotel de 09/03/2019 até 17/03, e no penúltimo dia de estadia, um funcionário entrou no quarto, arrombou o cofre do quarto dela e levou tudo que tinha dentro, desde dinheiro, até óculos de sol. O hotel não vai pagar uma indenização, mesmo a polícia tendo dito que o cofre foi arrombado mesmo. NÃO fiquem nesse hotel

A entrada do hotel é lindíssima. Porém, o quarto é super apertado, com a cama de cas grudada lateralmente, numa das paredes. Para um valor altíssimo de diária, que nem café da manhã inclui, é melhor estudar um outro hotel na próxima vinda. Na foto, estou com as costas na porta do quarto

Quero fazer um alerta sobre a segurança do hotel. Estive hospedada, junto com uma amiga, no período de 09 a 17 de março e infelizmente houve uma invasão no quarto, com arrombamento do cofre. Todo o dinheiro ali guardado foi levado, libras e euros, já que posteriormente passaria por Lisboa. Tudo indica que foi um profissional especializado em arrombamento de cofre, não foi aberto pelo código, mas por furos na lateral. Depois, ainda usaram uma toalha para limpar as digitais. As malas foram remexidas e levaram alguns óculos de sol e um relógio. A polícia foi chamada, mas eximiu o hotel de responsabilidade, alegando que o cofre do quarto não é seguro e que valores poderiam se deixados no cofre da recepção. No entanto, em qualquer momento fomos informadas disso, pois se assim tivessem feito não teria usado o cofre. Os responsáveis pelo hotel fizeram uma reunião conosco, porém sempre deixaram claro que investigariam os fatos, mas não se responsabilizariam pelo roubo. O fato ocorreu na noite de sábado e na madrugada de domingo partimos pra Lisboa. Sem dinheiro, libras e euros, o hotel pagou um taxi até o aeroporto. Portanto o alerta é para que tomem muito cuidado com os pertences deixados no quarto do hotel, pois o hotelnão se responsabiliza por nada.

O hotel é ótimo perto do metrôestação lancaste , ao lodo Hard Park , café inglês completo, chá das cinco, tem um palco para atrações eu gostei muito .

Creo que no es un buen hotel, pero tengo que decir que el personal quetrabaja allí es único. Son muy amables. Tuvimos un percance en la habitación que nos dieron, nos moríamos de frío, pero apareció un ángel llamado Dante. Nos salvó la vida. Nos cedió otra habitación donde estuvimos calentitas y por tanto nos ayudó a poder ver una ciudad maravillosa. Le estaremos eternamente agradecidas.

Las habitaciones son muy muy antiguas, y todas son diferentes entre sí. Las nuestras desde luego no eran como las de las fotos que se ven aquí. Pero todo limpio y aceptable! La zona es un lujo

Superb! From being helped by the wonderful Dante because of my recent hospital treatment this entire stay - arrival to departure - was faultless. A beautiful room, comfortable bed, carrying the case etc to my room on arrival, amazingly good breakfast food, helping me into my car seat due to the recent hospital operation and reloading the car could not have been more perfect. Dante... you're one in a million. Thanks so much. Me and my wife were so impressed. Thank you.

We arrived to London at 7am after an overnight flight from the states. We got to our hotel at 9:30am to see if there was any way to check in early or if they could hold our bags. They said there was a room available but we would have to pay £10 per hour. We were tired so we paid the £50 to check in early. The room were were given was awful. The carpet was so filthy, the bathroom was discolored, the deadbolt wouldn't lock, and it was a small bed. We booked a room with a king bed and the photos show a US king. We went downstairs to ask for a refund. They showed us to a different room this room was more in line with the photos from the website, so we stayed. We should have asked for the refund. When checking the new room we discovered the deadbolt didn't work, like our last room. The manager said he would call maintenance right away. They fixed the lock. They advertise that they have air conditioning but that breeze out of the ceiling could barely be called a fan let alone AC. Thank goodness we were visiting in October and not in the summer. Every night we woke up so hot as the bedding is all polyester so it doesn't breath. Housekeeping visited every day, sometimes multiple times a day too ensure our room was cleaned. Which was nice but also is kinda silly that they don't track that. Housekeeping replaced all towels every day, even if you hung them up. Additionally housekeeping would replace All soaps, toilet paper, everything. I felt so bad about the amount of water caused by this. Don't make the mistake we did, this is not a 4 star hotel. Go elsewhere.

Excelente opción para Londres superó mis expectativas, muy buena atención de todo el personal, ubicación y desayuno. Tienen servicio de guarda equipaje free. Sólo para aclarar que en las habitaciones el wifi es lento, en el lobby funciona perfecto.

For us there were several positives for this hotel: 1. Great location to central London with Lancaster tube just around the corner. 2. It priced out very well compared to many surrounding hotels. 3. Rooms are small but functional 4. Breakfast buffet is included with room purchase Negatives: This was a big one for us. In the first room the sink was clogged. Reported it to the front desk and was assured it would be fixed. Someone did come in but they failed to fix it. The next day the same request was made. It still was not repaired. The following day we requested a new room which they did promptly. The only problem was this sink was clogged in this room as well. Both were disgusting, since old food from the past was returning to the sink. I would not have been so concerned if initially the problem was corrected but it wasn't. This reflects badly on the entire management of this hotel. Thus, the unacceptable rating. One should realize that lower rates often reflect some sacrifices with quality however, the above issue falls below the threshold of common expectations for cleanness and proper sanitation. One other issue of less importance was the difficulty in obtaining wash/face cloths. Face flannels as they are called in GB. They are not stocked or carried on the maid carts. They do have them, and we did get them eventually, but the staff were confused about their existence. Perhaps a more cultural difference.

Don't forget to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a place. They compare hundreds of hotel sites and typically will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This hotel is one of the highest rated in this area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you won't be disappointed. Lovely hotel - friendly staff. Great selection for breakfast, all hot and fresh. Lobby is nice too. Bed was comfortable but lost a star because the room was tiny for the price - much smaller than the pictures show and expected more. But it was clean and comfortable with everything we needed.

Es difícil dar una calificación El hotel está cerca del metro , al frentedel Hyde Park.Buena Ubicación. Las habitaciones son viejas poca luz pero las camas son cómodas y buen aire acondicionado , el baño es terrible, incómodo ycon una bañera super peligrosa. El desayuno está bien NO es un Hotel 4 Estrellas

Nos dieron una habitación inadmisbile por el precio que pagamos. Imposible salir de la cama por los lados. 20 cm de separación con la pared en ambos lados. Ducha en la pared, sin mampara ni cortina, se mojaba el lavabo, wc, y tus cosas personales. Escasos 2 metros cuadrados

PROS: Our twin bed hotel room was plenty large enough for us and our luggage. The bathroom was not as small as we expected either The beds were very soft and comfortable. Location was great.CONS: The safety deposit box was broken. The sink didn't drain properly. Air conditioning was set on a frigid cold setting and could not be adjusted except to turn off. The shower had the opposite problem as we were unable to change it from scalding hot water and therefore unusable. Then the toilet stopped flushing. We mentioned a couple of these complaints upon checkout. There was no apology or promise to follow up.CONCLUSION: We were left with the impression the management simply didn't feel a "need" to care about these important details - most likely because of the draw of their location. Our advice would be to avoid this hotel!

I usually speculate hotels in major cities, especially reading reviews prior to arrival. But whoa was I proved wrong. Our flight came in at 8am. They allowed us to check in early to freshen up before heading to tourist attractions. Service was fantastic, everyone was so kind. Room was clean, spacious and quiet. Take every review with a grain of salt, if you’re not a picky or particular person, this place is great. Located right by Italian gardens. *chefs kiss* we loved it.

Pésima relación calidad/ precio. Cuartos muy chicos y duchas que no andan. Solo sale agua hirviendo y no solucionan. No recomiendo para nada!!!! Hay hoteles mismos precios mucho mejores!! Atención recepción mala también

Nos gustó mucho. No tengo peros. Limpiaban diariamente la habitación y el personal era muy amable. No desayunamos/comimos/cenamos nunca allí, así que sobre eso no puedo opinar.Volveremos seguro.

The hotel looks nice on the outside. This hotel is nice on the inside. It only has two lifts that work the lifts say they hold 7 people. I watched 3 people get in and the lift say over weight , one came out and the lift worked. I watched that happen 3 times before I could use the lift.The standard double room was very small not very clean. They put dirty sheets on the bed. I found the cups not to have been cleaned properly. The bathroom was about 2 foot from the bed. Cob weds in the room was bad. Dust on the light switchs. The bathroom was a joke shower curtain was dirty. There was so much mould in the bathroom. They had no hot water to shower with. The kettle was dirty inside it. I feel this hotel should be called a hostel. I know they can't do much bout the spiders but get rid of the webs and clean the room. That was the worst hotel I have stayed in ever. I would never go back again. It looks nothing like the pictures on the website. What a disappointment. The worst part of this was I was only there to drop some luggage off for my husband and I wanted to leave after 2 minutes. I would never recommend this hotel/ hostel to anyone. Some one may have a better experience than my husband did, but we will never be going there ever again.

Lindo, limpio, bien ubicado, buen precio. Buena atención por parte del personal. La cocina cierra muy temprano para mi gusto. Hay hervidor de agua en la habitación.

Staff were helpful and professional. Breakfast in restaurant was included with our room - good variety of fresh food. Something for everyone. Location fantastic near Hyde Park, several pubs and a cafe. All great as well. The room was small and could be updated but it was clean and comfortable. We would return but will ask for room that is not on first floor. Way too close to street. Noisy and privacy concerns.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, frente ao Hyde Park e próximo aos principais pontos turísticos no centro de Londres. Fiz quase todos os meus roteiros à pé. A fachada é linda. O quarto é muito pequeno mas confortávelcom banheira. Não gostei de não ter frigobar. Um dia esqueci o cofre aberto mas ninguém tocou em nada.Recomendo o Hotel.😊👍
