El resort esta muy bien , las camas cómodas y el personal atento pero cierran restaurante , bar de piscina y quitan colchonetas ,camas Balinesas, suspenden actividades sin avisar , llovió un poco a primera hora de la mañana y aunque hizo un día espléndido no volvieron a abrir nada asi es que pagamos por muchos servicios que no recibimos y esto dos de los tres dias que estuvimos

Mi habitación sin aire acondicionado nunca la repararon la gerente leslie le comunique y no paso nada cucarachas en mi habitación. Malindi.no fumigan moscas por todos lados la playa con zargazo

Nós visualizamos este resort e estamos impressionados com a beleza e a localização. O café da manhã foi incrível e todos incrivelmente gentis e prestativos. Infelizmente, não conseguimos visitar os quartos.

Very luxurious accommodations in a special setting along the beach between Los Cabos and Cabo San Lucas. The property has a mix of 1to 4 bedroom detached dwellings and apartments.

Each year my husband and I visit an AMResort to celebrate my birthday and our anniversary...THIS year Zoetry Casa Del Mar made it an experience I will never forget. Room 108 JS/OV - I sometimes get treated differently and less than favorable because of my business; however, From the seamless private airport transfer, through hurricane weather, and throughout the entire stay the staff at Zoetry kept things smoothly run, safe, never failed in service and we were entertained. Ale, Omar, Edgar, Michelle, and so many others made the experience so much better. The restaurants never failed to ask for allergies and the food was delicious. Thank you Zoetry - I will definitely recommend and we WILL be back!!

We previewed this resort and we're impressed with the beauty and location. The breakfast was amazing and everybody incredibly kind and helpful. We did not get to tour the rooms unfortunately.

Thank God we stayed here!! What an amazing staff! So hard to choose favorites, but Rebecca was amazing!! Irvin, Tony, Wifi, everyone!! Wow! We had never experienced such hospitality in a resort before. God Bless the staff, we will God Willing go back!

Bello lugar. Solo hay que mejorar la oferta alimenticia.Menú único y muy limitado toda la semana para almorzar y para la cena lo cambian cada 2 días. Personal exquisito como Javier en recepción,Sr Angel en la gerencia, Camilo en restaurante mexicano y Fredy como botones. Amabilidad superior. Gracias a todos.

Estância linda!! As vistas são de tirar o fôlego com montanhas e mar no mesmo cenário. O resort era muito limpo, e a equipe estava constantemente trabalhando para manter o resort. Todos foram muito simpáticos e dispostos a ajudar a tornar a nossa estadia o mais confortável possível. Altamente recomendado!

Beautiful resort!! The views are breathtaking with mountains and ocean in the same setting. The resort was very clean, and the staff was constantly working to keep up the resort. Everyone was very friendly and eager to help make our stay as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend!

Update: I'm not sure that it was my review here, but what a difference a day makes. This morning the manager was present at the restaurant and it did have a positive influence. He did actually lead and helped out himself. I did also see the next level manager at the pool bar. This is great to see, I really want them to succeed. Keep it up!Observing this makes me want to come back next year and see how far they can get.An awesome hotel in an breathtaking location. This would be hands-down my favorite hotel in Cabo. The rooms and all the facilities are excellent. The staff is very friendly and is trying hard.😔 Management is somewhat out of its depth. Many of the staff may be new after the COVID-19 crisis, but it is not the staff, it is the processes. Staff is not set up for success. Management is not around to help and support the staff.There are no clear assignments. Different servers take orders without talking to each other. Tables are mixed up. Food sits somewhere and gets cold.They were instructed to push hotel guests for breakfast to the beach restaurant to make room for Timeshare sales in the main restaurant (this has stopped) . The beach restaurant is awesome but the kitchen is small and a lot of support is needed from the main kitchen. Staff runs between the locations to complete orders. Not the most efficient way.There are also a lot of small things that let me think that Management is not present enough. Broken bathroom vents, shower lights, door to the balcony does not close properly, only hot water from the shower. Just go to each room once a week and check, train the staff to look out for the small things, but Management is accountable. Set your staff up for success!It is probably not a permanent situation but the renovation work has to be mentioned. Some of the rooms are renovated. Unfortunately the air handlers are not isolated from the rest of the building. This lead to strong organic solvent smells in the room and in the whole building. Turning off the air conditioner helped, but because the smell was everywhere it did not solve the problem completely. Again some GEMBA walks could help.I really think they can do it.

Fue una experiencia muy desagradable desde que llegamos, la hora de atención en los 2 únicos restaurantes, con un menú muy reducido fue de 2horas con 30 minutos a 3 horas, demasiado para unos huevos o un ceviche,además de un montón de detalles desagradables, nunca volveré a estos hoteles, el precio muy elevado para el servicio

My boyfriend and I enjoyed 4 nights 5 days at this BEAUTIFUL boutique hotel. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional! Modesto was awesome. He made us feel right at home and ensured that all of our needs were met and that we were comfortable. The hotel recently reopened and the occupancy was low, but it made our stay even more special. The hotel is situated on a private beach affording the guests privacy. The good was delicious! Our room was perfect! Most importantly, there is onsite COVID testing available for $30 USD. WE WILL BE BACK TO CELEBRATE MY BIRTHDAY IN THE SPRING! Thank you Modesto!

Bom resort para grupos, famílias e casais. Muito tranquilo e os jardins são lindos. O rugido das ondas quebrando na praia é incrível.

Não foi possível fazer o check-in em nosso aluguel na mesma área e teve que passar uma noite no hotel. No início, o cara da recepção disse que ele tinha $ 200 por noite no quarto, mas quando estávamos pagando custava mais, eu entendo que era o último minuto do check-in, mas o quarto de $ 260 que fizemos tinha uma impressão manual na porta de vidro do pátio má limpeza / saneamento neste tempo de Covid-19) ..... então o chuveiro não escoou. Então eu tomei um banho e a próxima coisa que eu sei, a área do chão do nosso banheiro foi inundada com água (não transbordando, provavelmente a mesma obstrução que o chuveiro drenou a banheira através do chuveiro). Eles disseram que iriam consertar enquanto estávamos jantando, mas quando voltamos, pediram que nos mudássemos para outro quarto ... às 22h30, tivemos que fazer as malas e mudar ... então o recepcionista nos deu chave do quarto que não abriu o quarto. Não tenho certeza se foi incompetência ou eles decidiram nos atormentar. O hotel tem 2 estrelas em vez de 1 porque a cama era muito confortável, quando finalmente entramos nela.

Good resort for groups, families and couples. Very peaceful and the grounds are beautiful. The roar of waves crashing on the beach is amazing.

We were not able to check in our rental in the same area and had to spend one night at this hotel. At first the front desk guy said he has $200 per night room but when we were paying it cost more, I understand it was the last minutes check in but the $260 room we checked in, had a hand print on the glass patio door (indicating poor cleaning/sanitation in this time of Covid-19)..... then the shower did not drain. So I took a bath and next thing I know, our bath room floor area flooded with water (not overflowing, probably the same clog as the shower drained the bath up through the shower). They said they would fix it while we were at dinner but when we came back they had us move to another room instead... at 10:30 pm we had to pack up and move... then the front desk guy gave us a room key which did not open the room. I am not sure it was incompetence or they decided to torment us. The hotel got 2 stars instead of 1 because the bed was very comfortable-when we finally got into it.

The main part of the hotel is under construction and the main restaurant is closed. Not really a big deal, but not mentioned anywhere on their website. The staff is excellent and the hotel has a solid COVID policy in place. The food is consistent but average. Very quiet, so if relaxing is your goal, this is your place.Very reasonable costs on rooms, food and drink for what is offered.

We spent 1 week at Casa del Mar and had a wonderful experience. Gardens are beautiful and we loved walk around the place and enjoy the calm. It is a boutique hotel with the staff very focused on making your stay unforgettable. I also would like to highlight the terrace with sea views, the sunrises are amazing! We’ll definitely come back, hope it will be soon!

This is a pretty resort.So very laid back and relaxing.The grounds are immaculate.The rooms are beautifully done.I like the traditional colonial Spanish architecture of the main building.The sea in front of Casa Del Mar is nice and quite calm.The sand is nice and not too corse.They only have one real restaurant on site.It was pretty good.But amazing but we were quite satisfied with their offerings.If you are going to stay there for very long you are going to get tired of the menu.There is a beach restaurant offering simple lunch meals.But it is highly doubtful that it will ever be open for dinner, unless they redesign it.I love the grounds.There are fountains and flowering plants everywhere.This resort doesn't offer an All Inclusive plan right now.It is setup for people to rent a car and go out to dinner at night.

Sumamente agradable en su trato, las medidas de higiene muy personalizadas pues los empleados están al tanto de los detalles. Sus instalaciones son de primera muy confortables y amplias. Su personal a la vanguardia en atenciones y es muy agradable que te tomen en cuenta despejen tus dudas y contesten a todas tus cuestiones se toman su tiempo y la camaradería esta a flor de piel te hacen sentir en casa.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 week and really had a great time. The hotel location is very convenient, right in front of the beach (literally 2 mn walk from our room). The room was really nice, with great views to the beach from the terrace and lovely furnitures. Moreover the staff has always been available and helpful since our arrival.And as far as I am concerned, I think the hotel gardens are amazing. This is definitely one of the nicest asset of this hotel as it put you in a really relaxing setting no matter whether you are eating at the restaurant, enjoying the swimming pool or simply having a walk.

Muy bonito Hotel en exclusiva Zona de los Cabos, lejos de los grandes complejos todo Incluido. Excelente lugar para alejarte del bullicio y relajarte.La arquitectura del hotel es muy bonita de igual forma las habitaciones amplias y modernas pero sin perder la escencia de lo Colonial. Tienen una increible vista al mar con un pequeño balcon donde puedes sentarte a relajarte con las olas del mar.Los precios en su restaurant y bar de alimentos ronda los $250 a $350 platillo dependiendo lo que pidas. Las cervezas $60 por poner ejemplos. Las porciones y calidad de alimentos muy buenas.Las albercas extremadamentes limpias al igual que las instalaciones.La playa muy bonita y segura para caminar a cualquier hora del dia. Hay muy pocos vendedores ambulantes.Les recomiendo que vengan en plan de adultos ya que el hotel no es ideal para niños porque hay muy pocas actividades para ellos.Los domingos se instala un pequeño bazar de artesanias.Contras: -Poco servicio en camastros de albercas, tenia que ir a buscarlos al bar de la alberca para que me hicieran caso ya que no mandan a nadie a darse una vuelta y ofrecer los productos. Aunque eso si muy agradables los jovenes. -Playa muy bonita pero tiene fuerte oleaje, aunque si eres muy bueno nadando yo opino que si es posible nadar concierta precaucion, pero si quieres camina 10min hacia el Hotel Hilton y ahi en su playa si se puede nadar con mas tranquilidad aunque igual tenga precaución. -El servicio de camastros en la playa igual muy triste, solo 4 camastros y 2 sombrillas y si en la alberca el servicio era poco en la playa era nulo. -El agua caliente en la habitación requeria de 10min para que saliera. Ese tema debe revisarlo el hotel ya que es un desperdicio enorme de agua potable. -El servicio de TV pesimo, solo agarraba como 4 canales en buena definicion, el resto todo borroso, para un hotel de esta categoria no se pueden permitir esto.
