Room was spacious, big, clean, and comfortable. However, their butler service was a huge disappointment. Requested for hot chocolate at 5.45pm, reminded them at 6.15pm, and another reminder at 6.45pm. Final reminder at 7.45 before we went for dinner. Zero updates, all they could do is to say 'I'm sorry, they are on the way' since 6.15pm. Lack of empathy and communication.Would only recommend if you don't care much about service.

Acabei de ficar 7 dias no The St Regis Hotel e a equipe cuidou muito de mim. Não é fácil não conseguir sair do quarto mas o serviço foi muito atencioso e a equipa muito prestável.O quarto era muito confortável e a qualidade da comida excelente.Muito obrigado! Continue com o bom trabalho.

I have just stayed 7 days at The St Regis Hotel and the Team took great care of me. It is not easy not being able to got out from the room but the service was very attentive and and the Team very helpful.The room was very comfortable and the quality of the food excellent.Thank you very much! Held my wedding at their Caroline's Mansion. Communication and everything else was perfectly looked after by their events director Ms Christine.Stayed a night in one of their rooms. They were kind enough to put all three of my family members' room on the same floor. The room decor looks a bit dated... But it didn't bother us as we didn't stay there just to criticize on those stuff.Did not try the pool and all their amenities.Kudos to the customer service staff! We were well taken care of. Shout out to Miss Jo.

4/5 porque uma tigela de cereal com leite custa $ 14. Ah, e a pipoca custava $ 18. Sinceramente, achei divertido.Quero dizer sério? St Regis precisa reavaliar seus preços de alimentos e bebidas. Eu entendo que é um estabelecimento cinco estrelas, mas a esse preço é simplesmente ridículo. Dito isto, o serviço foi impecável.Tiramos o chapéu para a equipe porque eles realmente foram acima e além para tornar a minha estadia confortável.Os quartos são de tirar o fôlego, mármore por toda parte, banheira grande e muito espaço também.As instalações são ótimas, eles têm uma ótima piscina, academia e spa. Alguns bares / áreas de descanso e alguns restaurantes.

St Regis está longe de seus dias de glória anteriores como uma marca valiosa. Nós ficamos antes de a marca ser vendida para a Marriott e a experiência é extremamente diferente. 2 estrelas apenas porque a vista do quarto é boa e a localização ainda é boa.

St Regis has fallen far from it's previous glory days as a valued brand names. We stayed before the brand was sold to Marriott and the experience is hugely different. 2 stars only because the view from the room is good and the location still good.

St Regis necesita revisar los precios de sus alimentos y bebidas. Entiendo que es un establecimiento de cinco estrellas, pero a ese precio es simplemente ridículo. Dicho esto, el servicio fue impecable.Felicitaciones al personal porque realmente hicieron todo lo posible para que mi estancia fuera cómoda.Las habitaciones son impresionantes, mármol por todas partes, bañera grande y mucho espacio también.Las instalaciones son geniales, tienen una linda piscina, gimnasio y spa. Un par de bares / salas de estar y algunos restaurantes.

4/5 because a bowl of cereal with milk is $14. Oh and popcorn was $18. I honestly found it amusing. I mean seriously? St Regis needs to relook at their food and beverage pricing. I get that it’s a five star establishment but at that price it’s just ridiculous. That being said, the service was impeccable. Hats off to the staff because they really went above and beyond to make my stay a comfortable one. The rooms are breathtaking, marble everywhere, large bathtub and lots of space too. The facilities are great, they have a nice pool, gym and spa. Couple of bars/lounge areas and a few restaurants.

Staycation for 2 adults with an infant. The room we got was spacious with a nice bath. The room was clean and had all the amenities needed. The 24hr butler service was an added perk. It is also infant friendly. For breakfast- the food selection was huge. I enjoyed the food but the service could be improved. We had to wait at least 10 minutes before we got a waitress take our order. The breakfast restaurant was packed. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at St Regis. It is walking distance to botanic garden, we walked here with baby on both days. In terms of price - it reasonable. We wouldn’t mind staying there again!

Escolha o quarto Penthouse com vista para o jardim para a estadia. Adoro a vista da janela .. Serviço de mordomo e adoro a banheira autônoma. Significado não ligado ao tipo de parede. 😊 As instalações do hotel não são importantes para mim. Spa n cama foi incrível.

Elija la habitación Penthouse con vista al jardín para su estadía. Me encanta la vista de la ventana ... Servicio de mayordomo y me encanta la bañera independiente. Lo que significa que no se adjunta al tipo de pared. 😊 Las instalaciones del hotel no son importantes para mí. La cama de spa n era increíble.

Chose the Penthouse Guest room w Garden View for the stay. Love the window view.. Butler service and love the stand alone bath tub. Meaning not attached to the wall type. 😊 Hotel facilities are not major to me. Spa n bed was amazing.

Definitely one of the better and classy glamorous hotels in Singapore. The rooms, the dining, the ambience, the services, everything in this hotel is good. If only the MRT station is nearer then this place should get 6 stars.

Serviço pessoal muito simpático e atencioso. Excelente serviço de mordomo (chá, café no quarto). Hotel muito ricamente decorado com peças de arte. Quarto muito tranquilo e com vista agradável. Adoro o som surround e a banheira e o sistema de chuveiro. Cama muito confortável. Em geral é um hotel excelente. Considerará venha ficar novamente.

Staff very friendly and attentive service. Excellent butler service (tea, coffee room service). Hotel very lavishly adorned with art pieces. Room very quiet and nice view. Love the surround sound and the bath tub and the shower system. Bed very comfortable. Overall is excellent hotel. Will consider come stay again.

Este hotel é muito clássico e agradável espaçoso, luxuoso. O café da manhã estava delicioso, o serviço é mais valioso porque serve comida diretamente, em vez de buffet.O quarto é bastante espaçoso e confortável. A cama também é grande o banheiro é muito limpo e mármore especialmente banheira no banheiro eram muito bons.O serviço de mordomo ficou especialmente impressionado!Bom descanso com serviço de alto nível! muito satisfeito com este staycation!

Este hotel es muy clásico y agradable. espacioso, lujoso. El desayuno era delicioso, el servicio es más valioso porque sirve comida directamente en lugar de buffet.La habitación es bastante espaciosa y cómoda. La cama también es grande el baño está muy limpio y de mármol Especialmente la bañera en el baño era muy buena.¡El servicio de mayordomo quedó especialmente impresionado!Buen descanso con servicio de alto nivel! muy satisfecho esta estancia!

This hotel is very classic and nice spacious, luxurious. Breakfast was delicious, service is more valuable because it serves food directly rather than buffet. The room is quite spacious and comfortable. The bed is big too the bathroom is very clean and marbleous especially bathtub in the bathroom were very very good. Butler service was especially impressed! Good rest with high level service! very satisfied this staycation!
