Café da manhã Starbucks com uma Sra.atendende muito simpática. Acomodações simples porém muito boas

Uma semana após furacão IRMA. Hotel de excelente qualidade, limpeza impecavel e atendimento VIP.Só não recebeu 5 estrelas pela falta de opção no cafe da manhã....Existe uma filial do Starbuck no lobby que serve café e complementos da rede.

Been a while since I stayed at the courtyard. Not my first choice for they are not very forced with amenities. Clean room quiet have a good night's rest.

Estou habituado a que os hotéis sejam mais afastados das zonas residenciais e com menos, não sei, tráfego pedonal de não visitantes?o maior problema, porém, é que o hotel está em um estado lamentável. pintura externa está descascando agressivamente com reparos de patchwork visíveis, danos a portas e paredes, pintura interna é velha e lascando, carpete é nojento, acessórios antigos e banheiros desatualizados, manchas inexplicáveis ​​em coisas e superfícies aleatórias e ... o ar condicionado NÃO FUNCIONA . this is a critical review, so in predictable fashion i will start with the positive aspects. the staff is extremely kind, hard working and accomodating. all my requests were always fulfilled immediately. the gentleman who signed me in even provided me with information about the best local places to eat, etc. the ugly...well, the biggest complaints are the location and the state of the hotel itself. the location is kind of sketchy, there are apartments not too far off and just a lot of traffic. people who were not staying at the hotel were speeding through the parking lot randomly. also, people cutting across the property on foot was common & a little freaky once it got late. i am used to hotel properties being more removed from residential areas and with less, i don't know, non-visitor foot traffic? the biggest issue though is that the hotel is in a pitiable state. exterior paint is peeling aggressively with visible patchwork repairs, damage to doors and walls, interior paint is old and chipping, carpet is disgusting, old fixtures and outdated bathrooms, inexplicable stains on random things and surfaces and...the air conditioning DOES NOT WORK. i hate yelling in reviews, but my goodness, it was too hot to sleep! the a/c was set at 66 & it did little more than murmur & go to sleep itself. there is an almost inescapable feeling of grime, its impossible to shake off.

I rarely post reviews about anything on google, however, my experience here must be shared to help others make better choices. I will be kind to point out the best parts of this hotel first. Staff was kind right until checkout and Food was amazing. The Lemon blueberry pancakes were a wonderful start to the day. However, my vehicle was vandalized and tailgate was stolen off my truck while on this property!! THE HOTEL ASSUMES ZERO RESPONSIBILITY!! Additionally, the hotel is old with paper thin walls and if you are into hearing sirens and traffic all night long, this is your place. In addition, you might also enjoy damp rooms with a/c units that cannot meet the demands of the hot and humid FL weather. Sheets and my clothing felt wet/damp every evening when returning to my room. Also, punctured my foot on a sharp nail sticking up for tack strip. Tiny fridge and tv's also. Shower door wouldn't close all the way so had to be cautious not to fall on wet floor. Complained about some issues, but overall, after working 15 hours a day in healthcare, didn't have the energy to move... I do not recommend this place at all.

Hotel and the area was great with a Dennys right across the street to go for breakfast or dinner. The room was a bit small but still really pretty and sleek. Unfortunately theres no microwave and the fridge is incredibly small so we had to go out and buy our own microwave. The bathroom was nice with a walk in shower. However there was no ventilation to get out the moisture and there was some mold growing in the shower corner. The pool and hot tub were awesome and also very clean

Pros: Nice size rooms w balcony. Comfortable bed. Cons: Water color brownish/yellowish in tub. Hum... Room needs new couch, they need microwaves and larger refrigerator.1st impression not good: A man stood outside of main hotel entry door begging for money. (A big turn off.) We paid 30k Marriott points for this location. We would go elsewhere next time.
