“Very nice and cosy. The location is just beside the Plaza de Espana and on the famous Gran Via. Also the subway station is reachable in 5 min. The room was clean and looking good. But do not look too close because you see small faults and the age of the outfit. The breakfast buffet was very generous and multifacetAlso typical Spain food can be tasted b”

“Even thou the Hotel is excellent located on Gran Via, this was our worse experience we had on a vacation trip. The room we were offered even thou big had a damagedsafe and the heating system was not working. We were then offered a smaller room but the heating system did not work there properly too. The buttons that control the temperature did not react. So we decided to leave the hotel for a nearby one and were fined for two nights out of our original 7 nights booking.”
