“Eu dei a este hotel 4 estrelas porque é basicamente um lindo hotel e eu dou crédito a eles por terem dificuldade em mantê-lo durante a pandemia. A única desvantagem foi que um alarme de incêndio disparou às 5 da manhã, o que nos tirou de nossos quartos para o corredor, onde perambulamos sem rumo, sem saber se evacuávamos ou não! Não houve anúncio de qualquer tipo, então, depois de um tempo, voltamos para a cama, mas eu sei que eu e os outros não conseguíamos voltar a dormir. Mais tarde, perguntei à equipe da recepção por que não havia anúncio e eles disseram que não sabiam como fazer um, na verdade, não sabiam que havia um alarme e não tinham ideia do motivo pelo qual ele disparou. Uma grande rede de hotéis deveria pensar em uma maneira de se comunicar em massa com os hóspedes, especialmente no que diz respeito a coisas como segurança contra incêndio, apenas dizendo.”

“Checked out on 10/9/21. Overall, the hotel is in a good location and is clean. The cleanliness used to be an issue in recent months according to some reviews from the summer of 2021. It seems to have improved. The hotel seriously needs to get more luggage carts. Between Home2 and the other hotel connected to it, Hilton Garden Inn, there are apparently only 3 carts. Someone was waiting on their ride to get there and used two carts. I was informed that there was only one other cart available and they didn't know where it was. After waiting and looking for a cart for over 15 minutes I had to walk between my room and car several times in order to get my suitcases, bags, and cooler. Between 2 hotels, only 3 carts??? That's absolutely ridiculous! Someone please do something about this. All other Hilton hotels I've been to have sufficient amounts of carts. I'm capable of moving heavy objects by hand for extended periods of time. It's only inconvenient for me. Someone in lesser condition like the elderly, someone with a disability, or someone with an injury wouldn't be in a good situation at all and would have to wait on a cart to become available or get hotel staff to assist them.”
