“i really wanted to like this hotel. Its in a great location and the rooms are spacious. I have to say the staff was super pleasant and couldn't be better. Many of the fixtures in the room seem to be installed poorly and were loose; faucets and door handles specifically. the bathroom shower did appear to need a good scrubbing and the soap in the shower was empty. I am not sure if it was just my room, but there was no desk in my room. I was upgraded to a 3 bedroom suite so maybe the other rooms have them, but i had to resort to pulling a coffee table in front of the couch. I asked the front desk if the standard rooms have desks and they weren't sure so who knows. I would think that an extended stay type of hotel would try to accommodate business travelers and a work space is a no brainer. oh well. I also ended up having to extend my trip an extra day but the rate for an extra night had almost doubled from when i booked so i just packed my things up and went across the street to the embassy suites. they had a desk, by the way.”

“Room- At a glance, they look nice until you settle down and start looking around. There were boogers on the wall, around the toilet was nasty, the bathroom didn't feel clean or the floors so we kept our shoes on. There was toothpaste in the sink from the last ppl.Service- room service came took towels out of our room and forgot to replenish them. So we had to call down front desk they would send some up....we left for the day and 8 hours later still no towels, we decided to walk down there, and told them again they said they were short-staffed and they had to get someone to go get them, ( we just want to take a shower before we go out tonight), we have them additional 2 hours before we knocked on my sister's door and asked them for towels.We left and got back to the hotel around 3 am and still NO towels. So my husband went back down and I called15 minutes later a guy in a baseball cap/ Street clothes showed up with towels. All that for towels.Valet- was great.Restaurant- was nice, but the food was not flavorful. But I like having somewhere to quick to go toand they offer room serviceCommute- perfect location to store and restaurants.”
