“Had an amazing experience here. ALL staff I encountered are incredibly friendly and helpful.
This place is warm and welcoming and the history here is immaculately maintained; I really was shocked, they clearly go to an extremely high level of detail to maintain the entire premises.
Immediate access to Central park, walked then rented a bike and cruised for half of the day, you can cover a lot of ground if you are brave!
Bonus, the shower pressure is something I've never mentioned in a review but it was amazing...like standing under a waterfall!”

“If you want to spend money to have a great stay, take it elsewhere - there are numerous other luxury hotels with amazing services. Tour the Plaza for its great designs but if you stay, you will experience unbelievably unpleasant service provided by its employees. No assistance upon arrival, unwelcoming front desk agent, and snarking concierge.”
