Bom hotel no centro financeiro. Eles têm um serviço muito bom com funcionários atenciosos e atenção aos detalhes. Os quartos do 4º andar são muito agradáveis ​​e amplos, com teto inclinado e janelas no teto. É muito limpo e muito agradável. Buen hotel en pleno centro financiero. Tienen muy buen servicio con personal atento y cuidando los detalles. Las habitaciones del piso 4 son muy bonitas y grandes, con techo abohardillado y ventanas en el techo. Está muy limpio y es muy agradable. El desayuno es algo lento, no es del tipo buffet pero es completo y puedes pedir los platos que quieras de la carta. Recomendable si pasas unos días en Milán!

The staff is very kind and inviting. Our room was very small and we heard everytime other rooms flushed their water through the walls. Also, the shower's floor was very unsafe, there was a big tile that wasn't connected to the floor,(dangerousl). Other then that, the hotel is located in a very good place. Honestly, I feel like this hotel wasn't worth the price they charge.

Quartos mobilados com bom gosto, espaçosos e imaculados, mas alguns deles sem bidé, especifique-o no check-in para não ter de pedir uma mudança de quarto. Cama queen ultra-confortável, sem chaleira no quarto, mas talvez nos quartos superiores já exista (tivemos um padrão). O nosso, 204, também tinha uma visão dupla. E quanto ao profissionalismo e cortesia do pessoal da recepção... e sobretudo do pequeno almoço... todos requintados, atenciosos e respeitosos com as regras anti-covid... (um pouco menos cuidadoso em vez dos da noite serviço). Não hesitarei em voltar ao Moscova, muito menos em recomendá-lo!

Uma antiga estação ferroviária volta à vida e mostra todo o seu charme no novo disfarce do NH MOSCOVA. quartos espaçosos e arejados, com grandes janelas e tectos muito altos, mobilados com bom gosto e requinte. (alguns sem bidé.. especificar no check-in) O pequeno-almoço servido à mesa e os hóspedes distribuídos por 3 vezes fazem com que seja um verdadeiro prazer acordar no Moscova. Frutas frescas, sobremesas caseiras, excelentes croissants e ovos mexidos... TOP! Uma menção especial à equipe de café da manhã ... profissional, mas atenciosa.

Las habitación era fría, el baño pequeño, sin bidé y había una especie de buhardilla con escaleras totalmente inaccesibles para un discapacitado. Limpio, sin más.

Very nice location in a beautiful building nicely decorated. The staff was very kind, helpful and professional. I booked a standard room and it was in general very clean. Not very big but ok, missing a space to put my luggage on. The down side of my room was that it was a connecting room and I could literally hear my neighbor through the door. Not very pleasant. The breakfast is nothing amazing. I would expect some fresh bread and not toast bread. Same for the croissants. The juice was not fresh neither. Also have in mind you have to order food from the menu and the service is not super fast, especially when you have limited time.

El hotel es muy lindo parece un palacete. Las habitaciones un poco pequeñas pero para un día o dos máximo está ok. El personal es muy bueno y colaborativo, llegamos de madrugada por un inconveniente que tuvimos en el hospedaje que teníamos en otro lugar y nos súper ayudaron. Ángela es una persona excepcional, muy amable, e involucrada con su trabajo nos ayudo a conseguir una habitación con las características que buscábamos en la misma cadena de hoteles NH. Estamos muy agradecidos con ella y con todo el equipo. Gracias!

Overall ok, but small rooms (even with a mezzanine) and beds. A little bit noisy, e.g. you hear the flushing of the toilets above you. Good and friendly service. There'a a tram near the hotel which brings you near the underground. Center is 20 minutes away per foot. Spa rather small (1 sauna, 2 whirlpools, 1 shower)

The quality of a hotel is not only the facilities, location, services, etc... But more importantly the staff quality.Everyone can buy expensive furnitures. But what makes the difference between these and a four seasons is only the staff.My experience with the staff in this hotel was pretty bad. Contradicting information, refusal to be wrong, keep arguing, making fake excuses etc...This hotel does bike rentals. As displayed online. This afternoon, I was told there was no bike rental service during covid, because you know... Sanitizing bike handles and seat+pedals is not possible... A few hours later, I was told when asking where the closest bike rental shop is (because this feature is the reason I chose this hotel). I was told that there was never ever bike rental at the hotel. Apparently, there was numerous calls so that this service is removed from their platform online. Weird that the receptionist would know that and weird it would be her job to do this.Before leaving, the staff chief saw a 1st version of my review and told me that it was really long ago. So long ago that the staff doesn't know it. I'm not finding it consistent with the cleaning handles story, which would have meant that the bike rental service was here before Covid (1 year).Well, like a lot of things with Italians, very inconsistent service, unreliable. 4 stars on the hotel door doesn't mean anything here.I guess that's the reason why Ferrari now belongs to Fiat...No hello/bonjourno when you step in, from anyone. You definitely won't be caught off guard by staff politeness like in many other hotels. The cleaning ladies in the corridor don't say it, the receptionist doesn't say it, the restaurant valet neither.The bottle of water is 2.5 euros lolEven the cheapest hostel in town will give you a free bottle of water.The Internet ?! Slow speed. You have to pay extra for acceptable speed... MacDonald's has a faster free wifi...Well, they treat their clients like walking wallets. Amazing hotel! a perfect place, near to everything. They have a nice breakfast buffet and a bar to have a drink before you go to sleep. Also the rooms are clean, spacious and quiet. Very friendly staff! My next stay in Milan will definitely be in this hotel!

Staff were very accommodating to us English-speakers and gave helpful suggestions for places to eat in the area. The breakfast was always very good, especially the cappuccino and bread selections.The only cons I had with this hotel were specific to the room we stayed in - the bed was very firm, making it hard for me to sleep some nights. The room was also close to the road, so we could hear people passing by late at night. I was able to get by with earplugs.Otherwise, the location was excellent - easily only a 5-7 minute walk to Garibaldi station, which made commuting across Milan very easy!

La habitación en que alojé era pequeña y tras algunos inconvenientes que el personal del hotel pudo resolver sin más contratiempos, tuve la posibilidad de estar en una habitación un poco menos estrecha. Si bien es un edificio antiguo, bello por cierto, fue reacondicionado para su fin y las habitaciones tienen un diseño moderno. El restaurante del hotel tiene un desayuno buffet variado y el valor es de 26 euros.

The hotel has a nice friendly appearance and is well maintaied. It is about 2 km or a 25 minutes walk away from Duomo. The walk itself is nice and leads through pedestrian zones and bar/restaurant...
