“Pros: - Restaurants: Good was Devine in every restaurant causing a tear of jou with every bite - Beach: Calm waters with sensational skyline and sunset views - Party Scene: Bar none with great music and great people CONS: - Faulty issues in the room (microwave didn't work, phone didn't work twice, air condition made a loud noise at night, TV in living room was crooked TV in bedroom didn't work when we checked in) - Duty Managers. They never compensated me for these issues, and would promise to contact me but didn't - Staff are overworked causing them to forget requests (at breakfast we had to remind them of items they should've served as part of brunch, at front desk they would forget to pass on messages to the duty manager) - Small gym”

“Kalvin from the beach area was AMAZING. He was friendly and professional and offered us a Five-Star experience (pun intended). Jaya from the pool is always fantastic. Ran into him and it was such a treat. Made me remember all of the countless times he has provided us with such fantastic service and always kept us coming back. Thank you both!
