O manobrista estava em cima disso, muito profissional eu fiz a cirurgia e não conseguia mexer muito os braços, sempre que tínhamos que sair ou voltar para o hotel um deles garantiu que eu não precisasse de ajuda para entrar ou para fora, além de perguntar ao meu marido se ele precisava de alguma coisa. Restaurante no térreo a comida tinha um sabor incrível. Quarto era muito limpo, colchão um pouco desconfortável. A equipe da recepção foi muito simpática e prestativa. 5 estrelas definitivamente recomendo!

Valet was on top of it, very professional I had surgery done and couldn’t move my arms a whole lot, any time we had to leave or get back to the hotel one of them made sure I didn’t need help getting in or out, as well as asking my husband if there was anything he needed. Restaurant downstairs the food tasted amazing. Room was very clean, mattress a little uncomfortable. Staff at the desk was very friendly and helpful. 5 stars would definitely recommend!

Um hotel mais excelente. Ótima localização, equipe profissional e cortês, manobrista, garagem, segurança, restaurante Catch 12 no piso principal (caro, mas bom e sem serviço de quarto para você, infelizmente), academia, piscina (boas vistas deste deck do 7º andar), espaçoso e moderno quartos com excelentes vistas da varanda, há muito para listar. Você vai pagar um bom dinheiro por tudo isso, porém, cerca de US $ 300-400 por noite. Esta foi a minha primeira visita e tenho certeza que voltarei. Tive uma excelente experiência.

I love this hotel I had a room on the 9th floor which was served by Keisha( yes my name twin) she was so caring and sweet. Plus loved how she cleaned my room.

For years we will all stay here du to my family reunions. Meaning me and my whole family. After what occurred with my sister last month wheee they called the police on her we moved our usual hoardings to the Marriott. Do not go here. They have extremely unprofessional staff and theescortedmy sister out bc the lack professionalism and how to communicate effectively.1 manager says one thing, the other dies the rest. They will hang up on you and call police if you complain on them. All 17 members will be writing a review if we cannot see that this manager in question is removed. We pay too much money for this type of treatment.

A most excellent hotel. Great location, professional and courteous staff, valet, parking garage, security, Catch 12 restaurant on main floor(Expensive but good and no room service to you unfortunately), gym, pool (Nice views from this 7th floor deck), spacious and modern rooms with great views from the balcony, there's too much to list. You'll pay good money for all this though, around $300-400 a night. This was my first visit and I'm sure I'll be back. I had an excellent experience.

It was downtown, so attractions and restaurants were close. Atlanta is too loud though, so many accidents. Had a lot of repairs going on near the hotel, not great. Valet was too much hassle, with one person working and you can only park thru valet. Getting the car to go out is tough. Front desk was OK. The guy with dreadlocks was awesome (sorry can't recall his name). Divine was good too. Tessa was nice while I was there but I called her after my return to send me my digital receipts and she was very rude, probably woke up on the wrong side. Too bad. Anyway, the room was nice. Just wished the kitchen was better stocked like residence inn does. Felt like requesting for housekeeping was a task. I probably shouldnt have asked, for a week long stay. Hmm. Was actually given a broom to sweep my own room. Restaurant catch 12 was good.

Rooms are awesome. They screwed up my reservation, but we're luckily able to fix it. Pool was closed, but every other hotel in the area had their pool open. The hotel isn't that close to many of the attractions.

If you want to stay in Downtown Atlanta and you want to do it in excess and style, you'll have to do it here at the Twelve Downtown. Autograph Collection. You'll more than likely enter the lobby by Catch 12, their signature restaurant denoted by a blue dolphin outside the door. Once inside you'll be greeted by a vertically-spacious lobby with the restaurant, bar, and lounge space all in full view. Check-in should be easy, note that the hotel is 21+. The rooms are all suites with two sides. The first is the living room and kitchen, complete with a full set of utensils, pots, pans, drinking glasses, stove, microwave, full fridge -- everything you need to cook up a storm when sharing the space with a crowd. The artwork and decor all welcomes creativity, with a small chalkboard in the room inviting you to make a temporary mark of your own. The second is the bedroom and bathroom, both incredibly spacious with a full balcony complimenting the absurd amount of square footage in the room. The view is great, especially in the evening where the city lights take over the night sky. The rooms here are undoubtedly on the pricier side, but with a good group of friends splitting the costs, its well worth the money.

One of if not my favorite hotels in Atlanta. From the Valet to front desk all the way the room service great people friendly and accommodating. Recommend this place highly.

I haven’t read all of the reviews but I don’t know what people could be complaining about. Checkin was fast and efficient. this room is a whole apartment.Yes there are some signs of wear but minimal. There’s a nice bar downstairs and I love the balcony in my room. I didn’t op for the valet at $40 a day.I’m using ParkMobile to park on the street at about two dollars an hour from 7 AM to 7 PM. After that its free and free on Sunday.I love the wall to ceiling windows and black out curtains.

My wife and I and another couple went to Catch 12 restaurant before a show at the Fox Theatre Sunday early evening. We were the only customers dining at that time. The drinks were good and the salmon was delicious. My salad oddly was brought to me after I was half way done with my dinner. The menu was available on a QR code placard. The dinner menu was 100% different than on the website. Prices were higher on the QR code. Go online and look what's offered then check out the QR code I'm holding in my hand in the picture. Doubtful we'd ever go back. Thank you

Customer service all around. No one is actively looking out to help. I will say the morning shift was much nicer and ready to help. Upon arriving front desk did not explain or have clear communication on instructions for self parking. Valet subpar. Why can’t I just pay to self park? Rooms are pretty decent. Bathroom could have been cleaner, and one of the bed lights didn’t work. I enjoy the little kitchen and the balcony. Restaurant and Bar are nice in appearance and quality of food and drink. Again the customer service for the food and drinks were not acceptable. I will admit it was evening time, but to see your server on their phone every few seconds instead of checking in on your customer is rude.

Loved my stay here, the staff was amazing. I got a very clean room with a wonderful balcony. Fully equipped kitchen which was nicely sanitized. I spent a lot of time in the gym, but they do have a beautiful Pool and Bar for entertainment. Definitely staying here again.

My only regret is I only spent a night. But everything was top notch. Check in went smoothly, and the valet service was excellent. Only about 3 blocks from the aquarium, and many great places to eat...
