Muy buen servicio de buffet. La playa y piscina y los muchachos de entretenimiento son lo máximo.Necesitan mejorar algunos detallitos (suficientes toallas para la piscina/pasta dental en las habitaciones y las bebidas del bar). En general, estuvo muy bien todo.

Stayed for a week March 2014. Great variety of food all three meals. Good value we thought for the money. We had an ocean view king room . Balcony with two doors out from the room.

El servicio al cliente es muy bueno los empleados se ven trabajando a gusto, la ubicación es excelente, la playa no es buena para niños pero si para deporte, la piscina principal es excelente, pueden mejorar un poco más en las habitaciones, principalmente el aire acondicionado el menú buffet también es otro aspecto que pueden mejorar en términos de variedad sin embargo los alimentos se ven higiénicos y de buena calidad lo que colocan.

Deben mejorar la bebida, es la peor bebida que te probado a nivel de hotel Todo Incluido, es insípida como si le echarán agua. El servicio del personal es excelente muy atentos, el hotel esta bien cuidado y limpio. A nivel de comida recomiendo el buffet.

La pasamos espectacular, la atención es 1A todo el personal es muy amable, carismático y atentos. La comida se puede mejorar El ambiente fabuloso, el lugar perfecto para pasar un fin de semana tranquilos y despejar la mente de los días de trabajo... Super recomendado

Muy mala experiencia, por llegar 20 minutos tarde a la reservación en el restaurante mexicano no nos dejaron pasar, aún estando practicamente vacio. Deben darle mejor entrenamiento a la chica que recibe las reservaciones. La bebida fue de muy mala calidad aparte de largas filas para que te sirvan un trago. Por lo demás, excelente lugar para compartir en familia, el personal del buffet y animadores brindan una excelente atención gran dedicación y esfuerzo, las habitaciones son cómodas solo que no tienen neveras, la animación fue lo mejor.

Fuí con la familia en agosto del 2021. Es un lugar muy bonito, acogedor, y lobby con aire acondicionado. Nos gustó mucho, el personal, las instalaciones, la comida, la playa, por supuesto que volvería, claro, vuelvo si el camarero que servía el café, Cipriano, me trata bien, y no me salga con que " tiene personas que atender" , cuando le ordene el primer café de la mañana 😊. Tanto a mi familia como a mi nos encantó, todo estaba genial, la comida estaba buenísima pero lo mejor fue el trato que recibidos por parte del personal del hotel; además de agradecer al equipo de animación, Minnie, micki, piolin, Coyote, black lion, Betty boop y muchos más. Le dieron un toque más especial con su energía y su magnífico trabajo. Además de las actuaciones, todo perfecto.También agradecer a Ronald el trato tan profesional y bueno que tuvo con nosotros.Además de ralfina, una camarera 10 y todos los demás, todo fue fantástico.Repetiría esta experiencia muchísimas veces, mil gracias de corazón y hasta siempre!!

Estância muito limpa e bonita! Eu amei meu tempo aqui. Nós atualizamos para um quarto com vista para o mar e valeu a pena cada dólar! As portas da varanda são enormes e se abrem totalmente para que possamos ouvir as ondas do mar à noite. As camas são super confortáveis, o quarto é espaçoso, a varanda é espaçosa e o banheiro é limpo e moderno. Eu gosto que o banheiro e a área do chuveiro sejam separados. Não tenho certeza se mais alguém teve o mesmo problema, mas tivemos água fria em nossos chuveiros a semana toda… depois de um dia longo e quente na praia era refrescante, mas outras vezes era super frio e nem sempre agradável. A música no resort não estava muito alta e o entretenimento noturno terminou em um horário razoável (por volta das 22h30-23h). A comida era honestamente ótima. Superou minhas expectativas. Houve uma boa variedade para cada refeição todos os dias. A equipe de serviço foi super simpática e agradável. Muitas cadeiras e mesas de piscina, piscina limpa e grande, muito espaço na sala de jantar para comer e uma bela praia! A única coisa que incomodou foi a quantidade esmagadora de vendedores na praia (que eu sei que está além do controle do resort). Nós realmente apreciamos a nossa estadia e recomendamos este hotel para amigos e familiares!

um belo complexo hoteleiro com uma grande praia. Para o preço havia comida muito boa, que também era variada. gostamos particularmente da extensa gama de atividades. Teve muito windsurf, zumba e vários shows. Também gostei muito de ir ao ginásio, onde havia um ótimo ambiente graças ao treinador Banana e ele me deu um bom apoio durante o treino. Nice little hotel, à direita na praia de Cabarete. Não há muita escolha em termos de restaurantes, e a comida é bastante básica. Definitivamente não é um hotel 5 estrelas, pode ser um 4. Tem 2 piscinas, uma das quais está localizada atrás de um prédio antigo e está muito suja - copo de plástico e deixa onde nadar na água. A praia é boa se você gosta de assistir kitesurf. As ondas são muito altas, o mar é agitado, não é adequado para nadar ou crianças. Mas você pode andar por quilômetros. Tivemos um quarto mais recente e era limpo e arrumado. Boa experiência geral, mas não espere muito

Este lugar é adorável. O buffet é bomba, principalmente o café da manhã. A melhor parte é que há um ginásio disponível para os hóspedes com BANANA, o treinador que vai ajudá-lo com as máquinas e bombar as compotas. É incrivel. Grite para a limpeza também. Eu nunca fiz tudo incluído na ilha, mas gostei muito da facilidade aqui. Muito limpo, relaxante e o fato é que você ganha muito dinheiro. Ps experimentar o restaurante Melt. É delicioso com ambiente legal.

Nice little hotel, right on Cabarete beach. Not much choice in terms of restaurants, and the food is pretty basic. Definitely not a 5 star hotel, may be a 4. Has 2 pools, one of which is located behind an older building and is very dirty - plastic cup and leaves where swimming in the water. The beach is nice if you like watching kite surfers. The waves are very high, the sea is rough, not suitable for swimming or kids. But you can walk for miles. We had a newer room and it was clean and neat. Overall good experience, but don't expect too much

Very clean and beautiful resort! I loved my time here. We upgraded to an ocean view room and it was worth every dollar! The balcony doors are massive and opens all the way so we can hear the ocean waves at night. The beds are super comfy, the room is spacious, the balcony is spacious, and the bathroom is clean and modern. I like that the toilet and the shower area are separate. Not sure if anyone else had the same issue but we had cold water in our showers all week… after a long, hot day at the beach it was refreshing but other times it was super cold and not always enjoyable. Music at the resort wasn’t too loud and the entertainment at night ended at a reasonable time (around 10:30-11pm). Food was honestly great. It exceeded my expectations. There was a good variety for each meal everyday. Service staff were super friendly and nice. Lots of pool chairs and tables, clean and big pool, lots of dining room space to eat, and a beautiful beach! The only thing that was annoying were the overwhelming amounts of vendors on the beach (which i know is beyond the resort’s control). We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend this hotel to friends and family!

a beautiful hotel complex with a great beach. For the price there was very good food, which was also varied. we particularly liked the extensive range of activities. There was a lot of windsurfing, zumba and various shows. I also really enjoyed going to the gym, where there was a great atmosphere thanks to the trainer Banana and he gave me good support during training. All in all a wonderful hotel

This place is lovely. The buffet is bomb, especially breakfast. The best part is that there’s a gym available to guests with BANANA, the trainer who will help you with the machines and pump up the jams. It’s awesome. Shout out to housekeeping too. I’ve never done all inclusive on the island but I really enjoyed the ease here. Very clean, relaxing and the fact is that you get a lot of bang for your buck. Ps try out the restaurant Melt. It’s delicious with cool ambience.

This place is nicer then what some reviews and even some travel agencies portray it to be. It’s perfect for families and for kite surfer… or kite surfers travelling with their family! Pros: *The beach is great, sandy, shallow, warm, and waves are just great for the kids to bodyboard :) *the regular buffet food is decent with some good choices for all IMO. Decent selection of fresh fruits and vegetables too! *The pools are nice and clean *rooms are spacious (I stayed in a superior room in the 4000 section close to the private restaurant) balconies are also comfy;) *short walk to many bars, kite schools, shops *feels safe and clean ;) *Friendly staff :) Cons: *The coffee grinder at the main bar… the staff must be loosing their hearing! I’d suggest they grind behind closed doors. I feel bad for those with rooms above that bar! *only two bar options, at time some lines but it wasn’t bad. *plastic cups could be bigger *i had to run the water for a LONG time to get a warm shower, I felt bad wasting fresh water so took cold ones often *toilet would not re-fill, took 5 days to get fixed. Probably a bit of a communication issue :) *water “toys” like paddle board could use some updating… I have a broken paddle. I’d recommend and go back to this resort in an instant!

This was a really nice experience. I would return. This is not Ritz or Four Seasons, however it is a super good value, or it was for me. Very clean with a lovely staff. Basic yet sizable rooms. The layout is great and access to beach, restaurants, pool, services is well done. The food is decent to good. Not great food, but if you can't find something then you should just stay home and cook your own. The beach is perfect. There are no issues getting chairs on the beach, at the pool. finding fun things to do. It was very fun and relaxing. I recommend.

Nice clean place with mostly friendly staffs. The front desk staffs doesn't give a good impression of the place and only one staff was available to check-in a bus load of persons at 11.00pm. Buffet food is mediocre but the Melts restaurant foods is spot-on. A great place for a date, service and atmosphere was wonderful Didn't get to try the other restaurant for i was late for my reservations and was turn back. "The General "was like you are late and wouldn't let us in even though they were empty tables. Maid service was topnotch, the Security guards was friendly. Sunwing reps were not a source of information about flights or updating you rooms they were there to push the tours.

They gave us a room above the kitchen buffet, the smells are terrible, we can't go out on the terrace, it's even worse there. From 5:30AM until after midnight rattling and a lot of noise from pots, pans. We have already tried to change the superior room three times, but they refuse. Third day evening finally we have moved in another room. The service is very good! The entertainment is perfect! They make all possible to everyone take fun!

When we arrived staff was very rude ,they gave us the wrong room, when we finally got the correct room ,there was blood on the bathroom door. The pillows an sheets looked a hundred years old. WFI wasn't very good. Couldn't relax on the beach without getting harassed by people pushing you to buy something. Just would leave us alone. Very annoying.Then my niece got a massage that the lady charged her 95 dollars ,which the massage only cost 65 in the book, seeing the prices in the book the next day, when she told management they just shrugged her shoulders. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The pictures on here is what made us pick it. Very disappointed. The ladles that work there are rude. Do your research. I wish I did

Stayed here for two weeks. My first review was very harsh and I'd like to retract what I said. Yes, I found the music at night to be unbearable from my upgraded room, but the guest service manager Hector did his best to accommodate me. He was able to move me to another room, and although it didn't totally solve the noise issue, it was a little better. I'm sure he could have moved me to a garden room that would have been quieter, but I paid extra for oceanfront!! 😃If you are like me and just want to relax in your room at night I wouldn't recommend upgrading to the oceanfront suites. Music and loud amplified voices and screaming guests from 9pm to Midnight most nights. Luckily a fellow traveller had some extra ear plugs, made a huge difference! Highly recommended if you decide on oceanfront room and need to sleep before midnight! 😉I found the majority of the staff pleasant and friendly and most seemed like very hard workers. Jessica was amazing at greeting guests at the buffet area! Nicolas and Estaphanie were always asking if I needed anything, and the buffet was decent if not especially varied.The a la carte restaurants at night were a lot better. Every dish I had was good, only tried the Mexican inspired restaurant once, but the Italian and International ones were really good!The pool and beach area were great, the ocean was amazing. Windy and wavey,perfect for kiteboarding and body surfing. I only tried the body boarding, next time I'm trying kiteboarding!There is only one main bar and that is by the pool area. They also used a small bar on the other side of pool occasionally when busy. Bar staff were good, although most times there were lineups for drinks. Nothing worse than standing in line for fifteen minutes while on vacation! 🙄 It would be nice if they had a few employees going out and taking drink orders like at other resorts I've been to.All in all, I had a pretty good experience here. I would come back, but next time I'll get a garden room and save the cash for kiteboarding lessons!!

Animações durante todo o dia - Quem gosta do quê, demais para mim e um pouco barulhentas para 4/5. Caminhe 10 minutos pela praia e você está no centro de Cabarete. Uma grande vantagem para as praias tranquilas à esquerda e as praias movimentadas à direita :)

Embora isso seja considerado "orçamento" com tudo incluído, minha esposa e eu adoramos! O hotel e os jardins eram bonitos, o quarto espaçoso e confortável. As refeições eram variadas e quase tudo uma delícia, mas por ser em estilo buffet com tantas opções, sempre achávamos algo gostoso para comer. A praia era linda, as atividades aquáticas muito divertidas (tentamos remo, caiaque e o gato Hobie) e tudo incluído sem nenhum custo. As piscinas eram enormes, limpas e divertidas. E não posso esquecer a equipe de Animação, que nos fazia levantar e nos mexer várias vezes ao dia !! Eles tinham temas diferentes para diversão e comida a cada dia da semana e mantinham as coisas animadas. Recomendo este resort para quem procura um relaxante, sem estresse, sem pressão, sem planejamento refúgio!

While this is considered "budget" all- inclusive, my wife and I loved it! The hotel and grounds were beautiful, the room spacious and comfortable. The meals were varied and most everything was delicious, but being buffet style with so many options, we always found something yummy to eat. The beach was gorgeous, the water activities so much fun (we tried paddle boarding, kayaking, and the Hobie cat) and all included at no charge. The pools were huge, clean and fun. And, I can't possibly forget the Animation team, who got us up and moving several times a day!! They had different themes for fun and food each day of the week and kept things lively. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxing, no stress, no pressure, no planning getaway!

Este é um hotel com tudo incluído com acesso direto à praia e uma gastronomia muito boa, muito agradável. Também é muito adequado para praticantes de kite surf e atletas. Distância da cidade aprox. 20 minutos a pé na praia também muito agradável, mas atento: não caminhar à noite! A limpeza geral da área do hotel é muito boa a excelente, mas só quando você sai da área do hotel ... é um choque cultural, porque Cabarete como um lugar é muito sujo (mas é igual a todos os lugares na RD). No geral, o hotel é uma ilusão perfeita e oásis de relaxamento para os turistas com tudo incluído. Além da área imediata da piscina, os quartos são silenciosos. A equipe é ocupada e se esforça ao máximo para deixar os hóspedes felizes. É uma área muito segura, mas é sempre recomendável usar o cofre do quarto ou pelo menos trancar a mala (não com a combinação do número 000 do despejo!). Os chuveiros são ótimos e têm drenagem no nível do chão, a água chega quente! A qualidade da água em si é muito boa, mas sem água potável, mas também sem cloro. Existem algumas lojas na área, centros de bem-estar e beleza. Sala de ginástica de estilo antigo, mas bem equipada e com ar condicionado e um treinador (grande vantagem!). Os aparelhos de ar condicionado no quarto são antigos e muito barulhentos. Grande quantidade de condensação de água no teto, em geral salas muito úmidas e mofadas, mofo visível que muitas vezes era pintado, mas continua aparecendo. Os quartos adjacentes podem ser muito insonorizados se os turistas locais passarem a noite lá (é uma questão de habituar-se a isso). O estado estrutural dos quartos e instalações corresponde à década de 80 do século passado, mas bem conservado. Os problemas de condensação são devidos à umidade geralmente muito alta e aos sistemas de ar condicionado antigos. Os moradores locais flutuam no fim de semana, o que torna o sábado e o domingo uma festa dominicana permanente, você aguenta ... mas é muito tranquilo durante a semana. Excelente localização diretamente no hotel, cerca de 40 m de praia de areia larga, declive moderadamente íngreme, muitas espreguiçadeiras do hotel sob palmeiras naturais, que fornecem boa sombra. Água bastante limpa, mas também muitas partículas flutuantes devido às ondas fortes, água não muito clara, só ando cerca de 50m mais adiante, surf bom, que às vezes pode ser violento, a praia é muito adequada para caminhar, caminhar nos dois sentidos do livro aprox. 25 minutos de ida. Também adequado para corridas leves de resistência. Os cavaleiros locais oferecem seus cavalos, altamente recomendados para passeios matinais ao longo da água. A água é muito agradável e quente com 24 ° C durante todo o ano! Ideal para surfar e nadar! Com ondas fortes e vento onshore, aumentam as quantidades de algas, que são recolhidas pelos trabalhadores locais, infelizmente não muito eficazes e muito lentamente (um pouco mais de ajuda profissional traria o resultado mais rápido e melhor). This is an all-inclusive hotel with direct access to the beach and very good cuisine, very pleasant. Also very suitable for kite surfers and athletes. Distance to the city approx. 20 minutes on foot on the beach also very pleasant, but aware: do not to walk at night! There are some shops on the area, wellness and beauty centers. Old-style, but well-equipped and air-conditioned fitness room with a trainer (big plus!). Air conditioners in the room are ancient and very noisy. Very high amount of water condensation on the ceiling, overall very damp and musty rooms, visible mold that was often painted over, but keeps coming through. Adjacent rooms can be very badly soundproofed if local weekend tourists spend the night there (it is a matter of getting used to). The structural condition of the rooms and facilities corresponds to the 80s of the last century, but well maintained. The condensation problems are due to the generally very high humidity and the age-old air conditioning systems. Locals are floating at the weekend make Saturday and Sunday a permanent Dominican party, you can bear it ... but it is very quiet during the week. Me gustó, simple y mucha variedad en el bufet, pero en el bar me salió a mi y mi esposa en la bebida que nos preparo el bartender pedasos de cristal, fue muy peligroso y lo reporte no sé que pasó por eso mis dos estrellas. La playa es bajitaaaa y con muchas olas.

Tive o prazer de passar duas semanas neste hotel. Comida muito ok, muito saborosa. Embora não muito frutos do mar. A cozinha tenta adicionar algo novo ao menu todos os dias. Hotel localizado próximo ao centro em Cabarette. Da praia, você pode caminhar facilmente até os bares de praia e o centro. No centro há um grande supermercado e muitas lojas, bares e restaurantes. Uno de los hoteles más malos de los que he visitado. Poca variedad con la comida. Las habitaciones con falta de higiene, nos ofrecieron un área con un pésimo hedor. La animación muy pobre. La atención de los camareros muy buena y el agua de la piscina muy agradable.

Bom hotel, restaurante com comida muito boa, mas há alguns problemas que precisam ser esclarecidos. O hotel vende quartos com uma cama extra e não oferece essa cama extra ou não deseja notificá-lo. This resort is one of the most well known in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you stay for a few days you won't be disappointed.Very nice place, staff very friendly and helpful. They have a buffet, different food for dinner every day. They have activities during the day amd night. Rooms were a little small but it's was ok and the pool was very clean. The beach waves were strong so it was impossible to swim.

Only food available was the buffet. And was rather bland. No salt or pepper in sight. I basically lived on rice and pasta salad for a week! For breakfast omelettes were the best option. No disco, no sports bar, all restaurants were closed. BUMMER!!

This is the worst hotel I have been in my life. Do not waste your time and money. First of all the cleaners steal money from you and also your belongings as well. They stole from me a total of 800 dollars in cash and stole belongings from my family as well. When we made the report they didn’t do anything about it and just told us that we should have used the safety box… are you for real? Are u able to put all your belongings in a safety box??? Awesome resort! Daddy Cool is one of the staff over entertainment and he did an amazing job! He ran all of the activities flawlessly making for very enjoyable days/nights on the resort! We had dancing, karaoke, fun exercise classes, and beach games! My friends and I appreciate his hard work! Also Ronaldo, who serves at the inclusive buffet, works hard, and delivers fantastic service as well! Both these hard working men greatly contributed to our resort experience!

Mix feelings about this place. The service is great, the food is delicious, the grounds are well kept, and the spa is amazing. However, too much money for such small room and even smaller closet. One pillow for each guess. Only two bottles of water and two towels for 4 paying customers. Shame on Wyndham! Each staff seem to be doing the work of three people. While you pay for four people and receive service for just two. Just go somewhere else. Too much money for a bad experience!!!

The location is beautiful. Resort is a good size. The pool is one of the largest I've seen and very well cleaned and maintained. The service we received was great! Especially Nordy! Super hard worker and so friendly! He went above and beyond to make my sons graduation and parents wedding anniversary celebrations even more special! Only thing we could have done without, was the large party crowds that seem to flock to this resort. They were loud, blasting music into the we hours of the morning. Other than that, our trip was great. Again due to a clean, friendly resort with a great staff!

This is a very nice resort to stay at. Very affordable price. The pools are really nice,One of the best beaches I ever been to, great if you like surfing or I'd you're just somebody that enjoys the big waves. The food is good, they could add a wider variety to make the experience even better. But overall this is a resort that I would recommend to those who are on a budget.

We paid for a premium room in order to enjoy sea view, peace and serenity. Instead we were forced to endure vulgar, noisy parties every day. Staff was not willing to stop people from yelling drunkenly all night. The food is made from cheapest possible ingredients, everything is watered down and has a chemical aftertaste. Its barely edible, we ended up spending money in restaurants, above our budget. I've been in other all inclusive resorts, but this one has been the worst. Its plain disgusting and I honestly do not recommend it to anyone.

Unfortunately we did not have a good stay here. The room we were given was next to a music venue. Extremely loud at night until 11:30. They were able to put us in a queiter room but it was a rough start. The food looked okay but lacked variety after the second meal. I got food poisoning from something and then didn't eat much. The drinks come in tiny cups but the staff will give you multiple drinks if you ask. On the positive side, the beach is gorgeous and the staff mostly are very friendly and helpful. A couple of the staff are too pushy with offers for photos, timeshares, etc. The place is family friendly, nice pool. Overall would not recommend.

Nice staff and rooms were enough to sleep in. Buffet was not good however, so make sure you make a reservation for one of their restaurants. Also bring your own cup for the bar or they give you shot sized mixed drinks.

Great vacation place to be at! Hotel staff was wonderful and welcoming. A young man named Cocco was very welcoming and friendly. He worked very hard to make hotel a better area for guest. The food was excellent and the hotel was very clean. Great experience! Recommend going with friends and family!

We spent the last week here and it is so hard leave! An awesome smaller resort where everything is a short walk. The entire resort staff from the cleaning staff, front desk, servers, entertainment team are all amazing. They are so friendly and so helpful. Our was cleaned to perfection everyday! The whole team really makes an effort to learn your whole families names. The pool is so relaxing, always plenty of chairs available. The food at buffet was the best we've had and A la carte restaurants were awesome too. The beach is beautiful and clean. We will be back! My kids loved it all too. Can't say enough good things!

It's ok. I've been to many resorts. But this one was just okay. Some staff go beyond and others treat you like another mosquito. The food is okay as well. The beach is very windy and great for body surfing and kite surfing. They keep guests entertained with dancing classes and drinking games which are fun. If you have a good deal go ahead and jump on it. But if your a simple person you may be content in this resort. Doesn't take much to make this place great. Better tasting food and retraining of the staff might fix this.
