Our greeting was very friendly and check in was quick. However, the lobby area is quite misleading. The lobby area was recently remodeled, and it looks very nice. However, the rooms are very outdated and ours had a urine stench. We did have a balcony, which made our stay more enjoyable. The breakfast was ok. The eggs were terrible, but there are other options and you really can't beat free breakfast. Overall, you get what you pay for. We paid a great price, but suffered in accommodations. This place could definitely use some deep cleaning & updating! The neighborhood felt unsafe and the room felt grimy! The place is rundown big time! There are vagrants roaming all around.There was a man wandering through the parking lot looking In peoples vehicles. We notified the front desk. We watched from our room as the man continued to pull things out of guests trucks, we called the front desk AGAIN! The clerk said the man was just getting his bike. We watched the man steal a bike out of a truck!! This man was clearly influenced by some type of drug & had been wondering the parking lot for a hour!! We only stayed a few hours, and only that because we had both been up for 20 hrs and had to get a couple hours rest! We checked in around midnight and left hours before daylight, didn’t stick around for breakfast! The hallway carpets were dirty and the ice maker was loud, sitting across from it was the inside of broken one. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling & the walls and pictures in there were visibly dirty.The elevators were nasty. The entire experience left me feeling gross & unsafe! DO NOT waste your money here! I'm not sure how I missed all the mouse trap and bug reviews before I booked! ALSO the hotel looks great on the 3rd party apps! Rooms look nice and clean, that is not the reality. As I stated my stay was a while ago, when complaining I spoke with Manager GREG PERRY he was absolutely no help and offer little to no apologies for the 2 dirty hotels rooms I received and the complete lies made up by his staff. I was on property for about 10 min before I left because I found roaches in my 2nd room. Because I booked from a 3rd party app, the hotel did not want to refund me. I ended up disputing the charge with my bank and getting a full refund! Ha ha! Choice hotels you should be ashamed of yourselves for this disgusting and nasty place! The room was very dark.The lighting is horrible.I loved the little balcony.The location was noisy on a Thursday night.I could hear cars racing down the street.I could hear the police cars.However the staff was amazing!! Breakfast was really good!! The omelettes are fantastic! O quarto estava muito escuro. A iluminação é horrível. Adorei a pequena varanda. A localização era barulhenta em uma noite de quinta-feira. Good for the price. The beds were clean and comfy. The pool was clean and fairly well lit. There's a clean little workout area with a couple of treadmills, an elliptical machine and some dumbbells. The vibe in the common room was cool and the Continental breakfast was well above average. I'd have given 4 stars but the bathroom weren't quite what I'd have liked and the water drained slow. Still not bad price and I'd voluntarily stay there again so that's a plus. Bom para o preço. As camas eram limpas e confortáveis. A piscina estava limpa e bastante bem iluminada. We reserved a room to stay in on the way home from a trip…traveling with animals. They accommodate animals in “pet friendly rooms” upon arrival there were mouse traps in our room. We requested a new room due to this, he accommodated but gave us another room with traps….without disclosing our new room would have them. Unsure why we would want a different room with them. There was powder sprinkled on the floor for I’m assuming bugs or animal urine/fleas. My animals immediately went to check out the traps when we got in the room, just happy I noticed them before they ate them. Also cockroaches. Ended up leaving within 10 minutes of being in the hotel. Also upon asking to cancel our room he said yes but then told us to turn off the lights and “don’t mess up the bedding” that just makes me think they’ll give the room to the next person without cleaning. Little to no sympathy at all given the experience. Couldn’t pay me to go back Reservamos um quarto para ficar a caminho de casa de uma viagem… viajando com animais. Meus animais imediatamente foram checar as armadilhas quando chegamos na sala, felizes por ter notado antes de comê-las. Também baratas. Acabamos saindo a menos de 10 minutos de estar no hotel. Também ao pedir para cancelar nosso quarto, ele disse que sim, mas depois nos disse para desligar as luzes e "não bagunçar a roupa de cama", o que me faz pensar que eles darão o quarto para a próxima pessoa sem limpar. Best sleep I have ever had in a hotel. Pool was amazing! Very delicious breakfast! The down fall of the review is mold on the bathroom ceiling, walls need to be wiped down (soda splattered on wall and dried), needs to be vacuumed and the floors need to be looked over better between guest. But staff was friendly and the stay was good. Melhor sono que já tive em um hotel. Piscina foi incrível! Café da manhã muito gostoso! Best sleep I have ever had in a hotel. Pool was amazing! Very delicious breakfast! The down fall of the review is mold on the bathroom ceiling, walls need to be wiped down (soda splattered on wall and dried), needs to be vacuumed and the floors need to be looked over better between guest. Hotel was clean and easy in and out for a layover on way to Florida. We didn’t really use any of the amenities as we were just there for the night. How we we do have it booked for the trip home...
