“I stayed for one night there. The check in process was delayed because of late check out from a group. But they front desk and the Manager on duty was extremely good,trying to make the best of the awkward situation and went out of the way to make us comfortable. The hotel itself is beautifully furnished and comfortable, the Chinese restaurant is very good. The staff are friendly and very efficient. I wanted to particularly applaud the manager on duty Mr Priyan, who also happens to be the security chief. Will definitely recommend this place and will be going there again.”

“People are so kind and nice. Service is immaculate. Place is too good and cosy. Excellent place to visit and stay. Food is sumptuous. No regrets at all. Gave four star just because there is always leg room for improvement. Like we saying "second-to-none"!!! Hats off everyone @Leela Palace!!”
