Muito mau para 4*, higiene muito má, camas mal feitas, almofadas sem fronha, as toalhas não são trocadas com regularidade. Comida de fraca qualidade em todas as refeições, e pouco variada. A área da piscina sempre muito suja sem pessoal para levantar copos, garrafas e outro tipo de sujidade. Conforme já foi dito, ocupado por muitos Russos mal educados, começando logo pelas recepcionistas (russas). Francamente, para quatro estrelas eu classificaria de "duas"...e os hoteis de duas estrelas que me desculpem.

Este hotel foi um dos melhores em que já estive de férias! Simplesmente estupendo!!! Todos os dias a comida era diferente, houve churrasco, paella fantástica e deliciosa, os funcionários da sala de refeições guardavam a garrafa de vinho que dava sempre para o jantar. Os funcionários sempre simpáticos e amáveis, os quartos limpos e a praia mesmo junta ao hotel. Passamos para o outro lado para comprar os miminhos! Um hotel ideal para estar em família.

I had the reservation at the hotel, tried by email to move the reservation but nobody answered. I think it is not a sign of a good hotel.

Hotel bem localizado e muito agradável, junto à praia, muito boa animação. Contudo, deviam proibir que as pessoas reservassem as espreguiçadeiras das piscinas durante todo o dia sem estarem presentes.

Terrible hotel, we've spent there one night because the travel agency mixed something up and our hotel was unavailable. It took forever to check us in, then we got a room in the basement, with dirty old and stinky furniture. We complained and got another room on the fourth floor. The AC in the "better room" was so loud that we couldn't sleep. There is just one buffet for three buildings- it is very easy to get lost trying to get anywhere. The hotel is NOT prepared for this amount of people.During our 1 day stay I had to go to the reception 2 times to reprogram my room key- because I couldn't get in to the room.The only good things were the staff- they tried to be helpful, and the location- it is very pretty.Overall the hotel was a terrible experience. Maybe if they redid the rooms and made another bigger buffet it would be a bit better. The location is very charming.By the way- the photographer of their website photos should get a prize for taking such good photos of such old rooms. I'm attaching the ones I made that resemble the reality a bit better.

Hotel increíble,en una ubicación privilegiada. Fuimos en familia y la verdad que tanto para las niñas como para nosotros fueron unos días muy agradables. La animación es lo mejor, son la bomba y todo el personal muy amable. Lo recomiendo sin duda y volveremos!

Amazing place.. beach to a 2 min walk..service is superb staff very friendly .. only will be after a couple of days breakfast buffetbecomes repetitive.. other than that.. wouldbe perfect..

Very good service, comfortable rooms, a lot of activities on the hotel territory, bus to city several times a day, but you can get where by foot, it's about 25 minutes. Good restaurant and bars, delicious meal. Beautiful bay nearby, warm sea, sand beach.

Delicious food, great animation team, cool show every evening. Friendly reception. Nice location in quiet bay. Not so far from Magaluf, but fat enough not to hear noise from clubs. Good for family and couples. Lot of car rentals nearby.

First of all i can say the staffs are so kind, super nice, food and variety ist good and that was different each day during our 5 days stay. A little bit was our room near the place of show but nobody will sleep before 12:00 .they offered us a breakfast for our last they there before we leave the hotel, it was so nice. Just pool was many children inside not good swimming, although there is a good little private beach there so you can swim there

Superb hotel. Great location great private beach and scenery. Food excellent . 5 min taxi to magaluf €6. So can go for night life at minimal cost but still get peace and quiet afterwards. Well worth a visit .headboard needs fixed to wall though tends to bang against wall a lot 😎😎

Es un hotel apacible, muy cómodo y que te permite percibir la magia del mediterráneo. Los cuartos son amplios, cómodos y la limpieza es absoluta. Muy recomendable, sobre todo en los días en que inicia el verano europeo que los precios no son tan elevados.Si deseas zambullirte en una piscina del complejo te recomiendo la superior, pues tiene un ambiente más privado que la piscina contigua al restaurante pues muchas de las habitaciones con vista al mar dan sobre esa piscina. La zona húmeda (spa) es visiblemente muy agradable, no obstante, esperaba mucho más de la experiencia en el turco y en el sauna.El hotel tiene una entrada privilegiada sobre la Cala Viñes las 24 horas del día, aunque debes considerar que la temperatura del agua no es como la del caribe, es fría y por ello debes atemperarte un poco metiendo primero los pies y esperar unos minutos, antes de darte una zambullida; lo mejor es que el mar a esa temperatura es muy refrescante ante el sol abrasante del verano.El buffet es repetitivo pero muy variado, no obstante, nos sorprendieron cuando sirvieron la paella negra de mariscos, simplemente extraordinaria. El hotel queda a 5 minutos en taxi (10€) de la ciudad de Magaluf, donde encontraras playa, bares y discotecas, campos de golf miniatura y parques temáticos. En lo personal, el hotel es una de las mejores opciones costo/beneficio de la Isla.

Ideally situated for a beach holiday this is a pleasant friendlyhotel my wife daughter her husband 2 year old grandson and myself stayed here in June and had a fantastic week I am 69 and my wife is 66 and we found everything to our liking in fact we are returning for another week in September a Majorca Gem

Buen hotel en Mallorca lejos del bullicio de las zonas turísticas pero si tienes coche está cerca de todo con buen bufet y buenas instalaciones bien conservado y limpio es ideal para familias con niños la playa que tiene justo al lado es muy buena si el tiempo lo permite recomendable sin duda lo único negativo es el tamaño de las habitaciones triples con solo un armario para tres y un sillón cama para la tercera plaza por el precio que se paga por ella debería estar mucho mejor pero aún así es un hotel muy recomendable el personal de recepción siempre dispuesto a atender tus demandas son muy profesionales

Staff very helpful. Comfortable room. Some of the food is a bit under a good standard. But if you choose carefully it's OK. Beautiful area. Not in the centre of the town.

Good in all aspects really. Location is quiet with two small restaurants nearby across the bay. There is a shop in the hotel and a supermarket round the corner. Magalluf and Palma Nova only a mile...
