Passamos uma noite difícil.O quarto é excelente,mas tivemos problemas com o ar condicionado que não estava funcionando corretamente e com o room service. Pedimos uma sopa de legumes, que estava fria, homus e babaganush que vieram super picantes, carregados de cominho, não deu para comer. E um hambúrguer vegano com batatas fritasque vieram batatas cozidas com casca e muita páprica que também estavam frios. Apesar das embalagens muito bonitas,deixaram a desejar.

A equipe do hotel foi amigável. O quarto estava limpo. O hotel fica perto do metrô, então você estará bem conectado ao redor da cidade. O café da manhã é bom se você não for muito exigente.

El staff de hotel fue amable. La habitación estaba limpia. El hotel está cerca del metro por lo que estarás bien comunicado por la ciudad. El desayuno está bien si no eres muy exigente.

Amabilidad en el trato. Las habitaciones confortables, limpias y bien aisladas de ruido exterior. Es caro para la zona donde se encuentra.

Decoración muy sobria y bastante anticuada, sensación muy fría y comercial. Check-in muy lento, 15 minutos de preguntas, firmas y de elegir la habitación que más nos guste debido a la poca ocupación que tenían. Todo un detalle, de no ser porque después de todo el proceso, para nuestra sorpresa, la bañera está rota (con la de habitaciones q había disponibles podría haber tenido eso en cuenta). La cama incomodisima, el rollo de papel del WC casi terminado (reciclado del cliente anterior), el mando de la TV es de una Smart TV pero la TV no lo es .... Pequeños detalles si, pero sumandolos todos y por el precio pagado producen insatisfacción.Desayuno buffet, 15€ por persona, que a pesar de la insistencia de la persona que nos recibió no quisimos contratar por no saber si nos daría tiempo. De nuevo insistio y nos ofrecio un descuento si se lo decíamos en el momento del check-in pero nunca nos hablo de un reembolso si al final no podíamos asistir, evidentemente no aceptamos.Veníamos de un viaje largo y pensamos en ir a lo seguro, ya que siempre ha sido una cadena conocida, y nos equivocamos. Descontentos porque el precio pagado no coincide con la calidad ofrecida, no repetiremos en NH.

Fine hotel

Muy buena atención del personal, habitaciones amplias y buena limpieza. El colchón muy reconfortante. Situado con buenas conexiones de transporte público y en una zona tranquila de fácil aparcamiento

Excelente atención en recepción, las instalaciones son bonitas, habitacion amplia y cómoda, pero el personal de la limpieza no hace su trabajo como debería,las sabanas las cambiaron a los 9 días y en toda lahabitación hacia falta pasar el aspirador, habían motitas de lana acumulado de varios días atrás incluido debajo de las mesillas y la cama, cada día espere que las limpiaran y nada.

El hotel es confortable, muy cerca del metro y de tiendas de alimentación. El desayuno lo teníamos incluido en la habitación, desde nuestro punto de vista faltaban alimentos calientes, todo era frío, preguntamos si nos podían hacer algo de desayuno caliente aunque lo pagáramos aparte y nos dijeron que no (queríamos huevos revueltos). La atención del personal muy amable. La cama era grande y súper cómoda y el baño muy amplio.

Nice hotel. Rooms need a bit of refurbishing, but clean. Staff very accommodating, Good location for bars and restaurants. 24 hour Carrefour on the next block was a huge help. I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast is elegant and healthy. The hotel is close to metro line 1 and several bus stations so you can go to city center directly. There is market right in front of the hotel, great advantage!

We had a wonderful stay at NH Madrid Sur. The staff was polite, helpful and professional. The rooms are nice and spacious. Buffet breakfast was Fine. Hotel location is good and near to Metro Station. Totally recommend this place.

Very accomodating and helpful staff.We arrived rather early and they held our baggage until the room was ready.The rooms themselves are quite spacious.Bathroom is big too with a full tub.Love the speaker in the bathroom! Would be nicer with breakfast included; but there are plenty of options nearby! Metro is a quick 5 minute walk.

The hotel is right off the metro and within walking distance to some shops and food, but nothing unique or historically relevant, so I can't say it's a good location. The beds are rock hard and the majority of my friends really struggled to sleep and didn't feel well because of it. Also, the hotel lacked most basic amenities and the staff was unhelpful in coming up with solutions. I spent my last 2 nights in a hostel in a better part of town and wished I'd moved sooner, it was 1000 times better.

It is 5 train stops away from the city center. About 15 minutes by public transport. Hotel is modern and clean and customer service is good. There is a coffee machine and few items to eat in the lobby you need to pay for the items. Rooms are big with passage and bathroom. There is also microwave in the lobby

Clean, straight forward, large room, firm bed reasonably priced beer in minibar, quiet at night. Not in the center of the city but several supermarkets and bars etc. in the vicinity. Good breakfast. Totally okay for my three nights stay. Good food and drink vending machine for midnight snacks (incl. microwaving possibility)

As an invited overnight guest only, I cannot say anything about the breakfast nor the prices. The amenities (bathroom, main room) are basic but good. The beds are on the hard side - which is good for me, but this can of course differ for everyone. Staff are kind and speak English sufficiently well. All in all, comfortable stay.
