“Nos regalaron un Brunch en la terraza, a través de Atrapalo, pero no pudimos usar el ticket, después de dos intentos de reservar infructuosos, al final se nos pasó de fecha. Realizamos varias reclamaciones a Atrapalo y al hotel, solicitando más flexibilidad tras varios intentos fallidos de reserva y por tema Covid. Después de que nos dijesen que ya no era posible reservar ni renovar caducidad, finalmente, sí hemos podido reservar, por lo que modifico mi valoración.”
