“Esta foi uma experiência mista, mas houve alguns problemas importantes que levaram à minha classificação. O check-in foi rápido e a equipe da recepção foi ótima. Chegamos ao nosso quarto, apenas para descobrir que não havia água quente no quarto. Eles rapidamente nos mudaram para outro quarto e o supervisor de arrumação teve a gentileza de me ajudar com minha bagagem. Quando o supervisor e eu chegamos à nova sala, descobrimos que não havia eletricidade naquela sala. Eles rapidamente nos mudaram para um terceiro quarto que foi um upgrade do que recebemos originalmente, mas esse quarto não tinha água fria. O supervisor de limpeza foi capaz de reparar o problema de fora do quarto, mas apesar do incrível esforço da equipe para endireitar tudo, não posso em sã consciência recomendar este hotel a qualquer pessoa quando há três grandes problemas elétricos e hidráulicos consecutivos . O gerente do hotel se comprometeu verbalmente a nos reembolsar pela estadia, portanto, considerando os esforços de boa fé de todos os envolvidos para garantir que fomos tratados de maneira justa, darei a eles uma classificação de duas estrelas. “This was a mixed experience, but there were some major issues that led to my rating. Check-in was quick and the front desk staff was great. We got to our room, only to discover there was no hot water in the room. They quickly changed us to another room and the housekeeping supervisor was kind enough to help me with my luggage. When the supervisor and I got to the new room, we discovered there was no electricity going to that room. They quickly got us switched to a third room which was an upgrade from what we got originally, but that room didn't have any cold water. The housekeeping supervisor was able to repair the issue from outside the room, but despite the amazing effort from the staff to straighten everything out I can't in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone when there are three major electrical and plumbing issues back to back. The hotel manager gave a verbal commitment to refund us for the stay though, so factoring in the good faith efforts from everyone involved to make sure we were treated fairly, I will give them a two star rating. Once the refund refund comes through we will update the review and rating.”
