Os quartos são espaçosos e muito confortáveis, a roupa de cama é excelente. Só podemos elogiar o pessoal muito atencioso, sempre com bons conselhos. Amamos tudo e principalmente os pequenos gestos: toalhas congeladas a cada caminhada, bicicletas à disposição, sorvetes, frutas e massagens à beira da piscina, excelentes conselhos para restaurantes, café da manhã impecável. Muito Muito Bom!! Fizemos umas pequenas férias e estivemos em 4 resorts diferentes e este é simplesmente maravilhoso. Desde irem-nos buscar ao aeroporto, (o motorista uma simpatia, super atencioso). A chegada ao Hotel TOP, os funcionários mesmo muito simpáticos prestativos atenciosos. Pequenos-almoços maravilhosos. O quarto muito bom, digno de 5 estrelas. Vantagem enorme é que é na cidade. Recomendo muito.

A beautiful resort that offers more than you can imagine. We truly enjoyed our stay with Belmont. The rooms are spacious, bed, sheets and pillows are super comfy. Services were very attentive and thoughtful, and everyone wears a charming smile on their faces. The bar was real stylish, the cocktails were good, and the wine selection is decent.We tried all the restaurants and really enjoyed them all, especially Ember, the food is excellent and perhaps the best we experienced in Siem Reap! I stayed at the Belmond in Siem Reap with my family for 3 days 2 nights in early August. It was our first stay with the brand and must say it did not disappoint!! The hotel is an older residence which is full of charm all the while you have luxury comforts and amenities. It’s a private oasis! The hotel offers free daily activities and the Friday we arrived it was a cocktail reception. Excellent value with your choice of beer, wine, two cocktails as well as sparkling water, mocktails and some bar snacks. It’s a great stop before dinner and good way to chat with the associates who were very open to talk about life in Cambodia.What really stood out the most however was the service. Every single encounter from front office and concierge to the restaurants to the spa - all associates were engaging and friendly and eager to make our stay memorable. Everyone was great with our son which was so touching to see. The thing is, friendly service is pretty common in South East Asia... what is NOT common however is staff that are truly empowered enough to openly engage with guests in real conversation, proactively make suggestions and are able to make decisions without having to go through multiple layers of checking with management first. Although most good leaders will credit their staff with making them successful, the truth is if the leadership does not inspire and motivate associates cannot reach their potential of creating great guest experiences. So I’d like to say hats off to Area General Manager Samuel Wong for instilling such a fantastic service culture at the Belmond!! The difference in service is really very noticeable - well done! This hotel is one of the authentic hotels. It was very clean and well maintained. The staff and Management I would rate a 10 out of 10 rooms had great views over the pool food was amazing. And there personal touches on arrival and departure were fantastic. We were a large group and stay for along time I highly recommend staying there Este hotel é um dos hotéis autênticos. My wife and I stayed at the Belmond for a couple of nights on our honey moon. This hotel is incredible, it is located in the middle of the city but it has a very jungle and nature environment. The pool opens 24 h, the rooms are very clean and luxurious, and the spa is the best one I have seen in my life (opens until 10PM and facility is indescribable). The attention was outstanding and the breakfast was very calm, diverse, and very tasty. I would not think twice if you visit Siem Reap, it is truly an experience. The hotel is beautifully appointed and the service is simply exceptional. The wait staff in the hotel are extremely attentive and the attention to detail is impressive. The food and bar service is excellent although as you might expect, a bit on the expensive side. The hotel can arrange and advise of all the sight seeing options available in the city. We stayed with our 3YO and she was well looked after by staff that genuinely cared for her wellbeing and enjoyment. Amazing experience. Room was beautifully designed, spotless, spacious. All the staff were incredibly kind and professional. The spa experience was one of the best we’ve ever had. Room service as well as restaurant were fantastic. Beginning to end, the level of service was top notch. And of course the tours of Angkor were phenomenal. Hope to return.

Simplemente excelente tanto en términos de equipamiento como de servicio. Una maravillosa residencia a poca distancia de todo, una hermosa piscina increíblemente grande y limpia. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y muy cómodas, la ropa de cama es excelente. Solo podemos felicitar al personal muy atento, siempre con buenos consejos. Nos encanta todo y sobre todo los pequeños gestos: toallas heladas después de cada paseo, bicicletas disponibles, helados, frutas y masajes junto a la piscina, excelentes consejos para restaurantes, desayuno impecable. très chic! loved the location, the staff and the updated rooms.The spa service was great and the food pretty decent.I'd highly recommend Belmond La Residence.The Hotel coordinated with my travel agent a well rehearsed tour of the temples, taking care of the appropriate order to avoid crowds.Biggest issue was experiencing sunrise sans hoards of tourist, the hotel went beyond and scouted out different places prior to our arrival to ensure we'd be taken care of.We had the temple all to ourselves for sunrise.
